Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo proprietário, desde o momento da finalização da reserva pelo site até o momento de devolução da chave, sempre prestativo, nós ajudou com indicação de fotógrafos pra ensaio, foi quase um guia turístico da cidade. Rsrs Casa condiz como no anúncio, bem arrumadinha, toda equipada, todos utensílios de cozinha, fizemos um churrasco na churrasqueira disponibilizada pelo seu Assis, fomos autorizados a retirar alguns cocos direto do pé. Casa muito bem ventilada, bastante arejada, ar condicionado novinho, ventiladores no outro quarto, casa acomoda muito bem 8 pessoas, todos bem confortáveis. Sem reclamações com as acomodações, e sobre o proprietário, pelo contrário, só temos a agradecer o Sr Assis e sua esposa pela recepção e por todas as ajudas. Voltando a Porto ficarei lá novamente.

Ficamos 10 dias hospedados, muito confortável, hospeda 8 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha completíssima, não falta nada, os proprietários super simpáticos e solícitos, garagem ampla, comporta até 3 automóveis. Os moradores do piso inferior em nada interferem, próximo a residência tem vários comércios como mercado, farmácia, etc ... Só tem um ponto negativo, a água que abastece a casa não é boa, mancha a roupa e tem cheiro forte, usamos água mineral para tudo.

não recomendo divido ser casa de cima não anunciado no site e a mulher do proprietário mora em baixo e não sabe conduzir as negociações caso leve alguma pessoa estra e parece ter ciume do imóvel.
