This place is brand new - so much so that the lobby still has that new house smell (not in a bad way!) Room was nice, bed was super comfy - amazing what a difference a brand new mattress makes. Convenient location to Portsmouth, Kittery and UNH. Will definitely stay again.

Looks like they just built the hotel and it got kinks to work out. The toilet in our room did not flush and it looks like a plumbing problem. Elevator was a bit slow. Other than that everything is brand new with the smell of paint still there. Staff was friendly. Only real complaint is WIFI is free only for 1 device. If you wanted to connect more it's going to cost you. Come on, this is 2025 and WIFI is free for all your devices in most places and not giving this is just going to get you bad reviews.

New property, very nicely planned out. Staff was very friendly, we got there at about midnight. Only 1 reg and 1 decaf coffee pod in the room, that was not great. There were also a pile of saw dust and wood shavings in closet. Like the room, the layout and conveniences.

Lots of shops close by, nice comfy bed, stainless steel appliances, big TV to steam on. I'll be staying there again this week and next. The only thing i was missing that I'll bring with me is smooth edged knife, a ladle, and dish soap to clean the counter after cutting up meat and veggies.

Property is brand new and is gorgeous! Our room had a complete kitchen and sitting area which was a nice surprise. Hotel gym is fantastic - brand new, clean equipment, Peloton included. Outside are grills and fire pits which were nice to use. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Right across the street from Fox Run mall and a ton of shopping and restaurants in the area. Great experience at this hotel. Will definitely be back!

Location is good near shops and dining. Hotel is brand new and in great shape. My problem came during check-in. We checked in at 7:50 PM and our room wasn’t ready. After driving for 2.5 hours, waiting 15 more minutes in the lobby wasn’t part of my plan. This was shocking to me, to be honest. I understand the hotel is new and they’re still trying to nail down operations, but rooms need to be ready for check in before 8 PM.
