Unfortunately, yes, I'm sad to say at this time. Gave great review upon original checkout date. Made further reservations afterward in same day of checkout with representative/Mgr.. In trust, verbal agreement was made for the price of stay based upon my current price paid for original reservation. No housekeeping services during my stay and constant harassment by same front desk mngr throughout stay til checkout today on 11/11/26. Bank acct. drained with no receipt given.

This hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the highway and nearby stores and restaurants. The parking lot is very large and easy to use. The hotel staff are pleasant and friendly - everyone smiles and says hello. My room was clean and comfortable, though on the chilly side, and no matter how much I turned up the thermostat, it would not get warmer. The cold air radiates off the large windows, so I had to sacrifice the sunlight for the warmth. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows too. My stay was peaceful and quiet, and I would surely stay at this hotel again.
