There were cob webs in the room, dust on the blinds, the ac was full of dust and where i parked my car, it was parked for less than 24 hours and covered in ashes from cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting!!

Good amenities, easy walk to beach, close to great restaurants and bars. Lots of bureau space. Outdoor grills on property to cook. Nice hot tub and heated pool. Narrow Stairs are tough climbing up to 3 floors with heavy luggage. Have stayed there at least 5 times over the years. Good value.

Did not spend a lot of time at room. However toilet was difficult to flush and bathroom sink backed up when we ran water. Stairs were difficult for older people trying to manage luggage. On plus side, room had microwave and refrigerator which we did not expect.

My suggestion would be is to put something on the tub floor to help with slipping it was extremely slippery when taking a shower.
