Bedrooms
The main bedroom enjoys lovely views of the pier and comes with its own en suite, complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also takes in pier views and features a super king bed that can be configured as twins if preferred, along with a dressing table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Living Space
The open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen benefit from a dual aspect, with views over both the beach and the pier. Relax in the two armchairs or sofa while watching TV, or gather around the dining table for meals together.
Kitchen
Fully fitted and equipped with everything you need, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Parking
An allocated parking space is available behind the apartment within a gated area.
Guest Access
You`ll have access to the entire apartment throughout your stay.

🌊Sea Defence work
From Speakers corner to South Parade Pier work will be underway to build the much needed sea defences from March 2026 to May 2027. This will mean some disruption to the area and the apartment will overlook the works. Very occasionally tides will dictate that work will be required outside of the standard construction hours (7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday)

Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.

Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
