Property was very dirty. Host didn’t respond when we arrived and express concern over the cleanliness of the property. Contacted VRBO and provided photos of the property. VRBO indicated they would contact me within 24 hours. Four days later still no reply. We couldn’t stay at the property and requesting a refund from VRBO. No follow up communication from host or VRBO.

Spacious and pet friendly

The house was nice and spacious. Had a great fenced in yard. We had our dog along and the yard was great for that. Check in was smooth. It wasn't the cleanest when we arrived.

The place was not professionally cleaned. The sheets and towels were about 25 years old. The neighborhood was sketchy and I did not feel safe walking my dog. We did not spend too much time at the house. The only nice thing was the fenced back yard which my dog loved.

It is a nice home in a convenient location. It had plenty of space for our needs. The property is listed as pet friendly however I did not expect this to mean there would be pet hair on all of the couches and coffee table. The overall level of cleanliness was not to the standard I have come to expect from other VRBO properties. There was no top sheet on the king size bed nor hand towels in the main bathroom. There was a jumbled pile of unfolded sheets in the closet and towels in the washing machine. Additionally I had to initiate all communication for check in and check out. The host did respond promptly.

The house was roomy, comfortable, & clean. Easy check-in & check-out. All appliances, water & light fixtures worked fine, Easy thermostat operation. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again.

PNQ volleyball getaway

We came to Spokane to play in a volleyball tournament for our youngest daughter. At one point our whole family was here, everything was amazing. The house had everything we needed and more.
