Waterfront Paradise Lodge sits along a serene stretch of the Spokane River, just a short boat ride from the open waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene. In summer, our calm bay is ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating right from your private sandy beach and dock.

Our beautiful river & lake boasts over 120 miles of scenic shoreline, offering endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and water recreation. Enjoy the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere of this expansive body of water.

Each fall, the water levels are gradually lowered as part of the local water management system, revealing more shoreline and offering a completely different kind of beauty — think golden leaves reflecting off the riverbanks, migrating birds, and peaceful mornings with hardly a sound.

Winter transforms the area into a quiet wonderland, perfect for fireside relaxation or venturing out to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling — with three ski resorts within an hour’s drive.

The stay was wonderful!! The house was perfect for our family and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware we needed for meals. The property was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids, 9 and under. Everything was spotless. It had a charming rustic feel. The biggest hits were the huge decks on multiple levels with views of the river for morning coffee and afternoon dinners and cocktails; the expansive beach with water no deeper than 4 feet for the kids to play in, the lighted basketball courts, and the comfy hot tub right on the main deck. The property manager met us when we arrived and was very helpful. Everything worked well. Plenty of dishes and supplies! It was a great stay!

Our family has stayed at many vacation house rentals for our annual summer get together for 7years now. This property exceeded out expectations. All decks and outdoor furniture recently remodeledWith excellent attention paid to deck and railing designs, amazing choices of outdoor settings with 4 different seating areas on main upper deck, followed by same on lower level deck and then topped off with fantastic bbq area. Location is exceptional, all landscaping and grounds was again amazing and manicured. Inside of house we found same attention to cleanliness, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, cooking, serving and again amazingThere are allot of stairs, gym is again amazing but with all the stairs who needs to do the gym.This posed a challenge to my older brother who who has several physical issues. Not to worry he stayed on main level and when we went to beach we put him in car and drove him to beach using the once again amazing drive through garage for launching. In summary this was by far the best house rental and experience our family has hadThanks for this fantastic family memory

Wonderful Family experience!

The location and the beach were a family favorite with this property. The “no wake zone” at the end of the river gave the children a great, safe place for swimming and fishing. We all had amazing time!

Amazing place for families

the home and property are amazing - plenty of space for everyone. the lot is huge - we enjoyed playing pickleball and basketball and of course swimming on the lake. the water is only about 6’ around the main dock, so limited on jumping in there and no ability to fish from the dock for anyone looking to do that. it’s too shallow and weedy. bring or buy your own floatation devices and enjoy the water. location is perfect with easy access into Post falls and the big park just right around the corner is really nice. overall, a perfect place for a family stay!

Remarkable waterfront location with everything you need. Home was clean and the grounds were impressively well kept. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Jim welcomed us warmly and showed us the lay of the land and gave good recommendations in the area. Would come back again.

Beautiful location and property. All the amenities plus more were there for fun and and relaxing enj

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time. The five adults who stayed all rooms were awesome. Only one challenge was three of the bedrooms had to share one full bathroom which made it challenging. We thpugh had one couple share with the master bathroom which was very nice. Again overall what a beautiful and very relaxing place. The BBQ was a huge hit and fireplace on the lake. We highly recommend this estate. So much fun. And Linda thank you for your response updates.

Loved the outdoor activities - basketball, volleyball, pickleball & the river! Outdoor grill was awesome. Decks & docks were great. The house felt like home! We found out a couple weeks before that there were only 3 full bathrooms & 2 half baths when we thought there were 5 based on how it was listed when we booked. With 4 families, that was a little crowded. Lots of steps that would not work for anyone with a disability but not a problem for us. Jim (maintenance man) was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful Summer Stay

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful rental. It was very well stocked and the property is wonderful with plenty of room on the beach with chairs and loungers and a pickleball court along with volleyball. The kitchen had everything it needed. The only issue was in the description. It said 5 bathrooms. There are only 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. I asked for pictures of the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms 5 months prior, but never received any. There is a caretaker on site most of the time, so pictures should have been available. There are 3 flights of stairs which was hard on our elder family members in case you have any. Again it was a great place to stay, and we loved every minute.

Great Vacation

This is our 5th year at this lovely home. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach. We also have an annual VB game and enjoy playing basketball. The new lounge furniture on the beach was very comfortable. Thank you Jose and family for this wonderful vacation home for our family to make so many special memories.

Awesome views

The absolute pros of the property are the views, the grounds of the property and the location. You could sit mesmerized all day or walk the property and be happy. It is absolutely beautiful!!! The cons, and I say this all with the balance of above….the listing states 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and 1 half bath and sleeps 12. To sleep 12 you would have to put 3 in the master king and/or 2 in the top twin bunk. We brought blow up mattresses which worked out fine. The big deal for us was one less full bath. We had 2 families (5 people) sharing a bath. That doesn’t work for us. We need at minimum 4 full baths, and I ALWAYS consider this when renting. The other issue for us was the amount of personal things in the house. So many family pics and so many religious artifacts. I love family pics, but I don’t want to see them in my rental. Overall, we loved the home and thank you Jara family for sharing it with us. We especially loved the moose family visit on the first night, the deer visiting every day, and the excitement of a brush fire on our last. We absolutely love Idaho and hope to come back very soon!!!!

Family Birthday Celebration

This place met and exceeded our expectation! We had such a good time and as our granddaughter says, wish we had planned a longer vacation there. Large great room so family could always be together, and we spent many nights on the beach at the fire pit. This place offered everything we could ask for. Would definitely come back again. Jose was great as was property manager!

Incredible House

Our group was 5 couples that take a trip each year. This rental was great for our group. The rooms weren't huge but they were perfect for us (The master bedroom and bath were amazing. We spent most of our time on the huge deck, we used the kitchen each morning for breakfast; it had everything you need. Jose and Jim were great and responsive. Our group would recommend this house to any large group

Wonderful Stay

We had the best time here. Beautiful home and property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers. We brought a boat and 2 seadoos and there were 3 docks total to tie up to which was great. The private beach was fantastic and not pictured. The water is shallow and warm the kids had an absolute blast playing in it safely. The beds were comfortable with high quality sheets which was great you never know when you stay somewhere how they actually will be. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was there are a lot of stairs from to get from the house to the water which was hard for our elderly parents but they still made it work! The city of Postfalls was great very calm and good restaurants. Real Life Church had a wonderful service which was nice to go to and keep in our routine during our stay. The house manager met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house, recommended restaurants and was an absolute joy to be around. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

10 Sisters reunion

So much more than we expected! The pictures don’t do it justice for how amazing this place was. Had a fantastic time and even got two moor our boat for a beautiful ride around Coeur d’Alene lake.
