Our apartment is decorated with care and Netflix & Wi-Fi services are included. The metro station to go to Porto is nearby. The place to be !



GUESTH4U- Relax is located on the 5th floor of a 5-story building with an elevator. GUESTH4U- Relax is a fully renovated apartment, luminous with quality materials.

You will have access to 2 spacious bedrooms, in which there is one master bedroom with a double bed 160x200, around 15m². The other room has a a double bed 160X200, is around 12m². Back yard bedrooms, very quiet.

Bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet. The living room also has a comfortable sofa, which allows us to accommodate up to 6 people in the apartment. The sofa is a sofa bed.

The TV has direct access to Netflix and 150 channels (French, English, Spanish, Deutsch and Portuguese language). Our Wifi is high speed connection, very easy for a business trip.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. You can prepare your own meals. The dining room has a dining table with lot of light. The best : small balcony with ocean view !

Linen and towels are provided during your trip. You can easily park your car in this area, for free. We are located at 10minutes walking distance from the beach and the famous Casino of Povoa. You are very located, to enjoy the city and discover the region. You can do everything by foot.

Our apartment was recently renovated, is bright and fully equipped for a business trip or family trip !

It is in the heart of Povoa de Varzim.

It is just at a 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Póvoa de Varzim, the casino, supermarkets and the historic heart of the city. Everything you need or want can be close!

Street parking spaces are free.

In the same block as the apartment, there is a small supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, restaurants and a café.

Just 1 km from the apartment are the following supermarkets: LIDL / PINGO DOCE / CONTINENTE

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You will have absolutely nothing to worry about.



It is just a 5-minutes walk from the Povoa de Varzim metro station, which offers direct access to Porto in just 40 minutes. The metro will also take you to several other stops.

It is close to highways that allow you to easily visit Porto and its surroundings.

Our hotel service includes cleaning on departure. For stays of more than 7 nights, the exchange of sheets and towels is possible at 60€/week.



Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 19:00. Departure is between 8am and 10:00am. Additional fees, which apply outside these times: Arrivals between 19:00 and 20:30 € 15 / between 20:30 and 22:00 € 25 / from 22:00 onwards: on request from € 50.



Mandatory city tax (since January 1st, 2023): 1.50€/night/person to be paid in cash on arrival.



Our private driver service welcomes you at the airport. Do not hesitate to contact us for prices.



Baby bed and high chair available on request with a supplement of € 25 / week.



We do not accept any groups of young people under 25 in our accommodation due to problems with neighbors and non-respect of common spaces. Any reservation in this sense will therefore be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.



Pets are not allowed



No parties possible. No smoking in case of non-compliance € 200 fine.



No noise from 10PM (22:00) until 08AM (20:00)
