The room was dusty and filled with flies. It was the largest room they had but needed a serious cleaning. Items are old, bed is old and uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.

booked in February for July vacation: a room 2 beds with balcony, they have 4 rooms with balcony, one on each conner of the building. They gave us the one with the view on the parking lot, to bad, when you reserved 5 months in advance to have the one with the worst view. "Kitchen": no cutlery, no plates or glasses. But every else was very nice.

It’s okay, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility challenges as stairs are required. There seems to be better options in Powell River. The King Suites are huge though and have everything you need to be comfortable. Not having 24/7 front desk service might not work for some travellers.
