Great location and room.

This room was amazing! It was centrally located and easy to access. This was the first time we stayed in a lobby less hotel and I was a little hesitant but I would definitely stay here again. There was a place to store luggage around the corner since we arrived early and they were very friendly. Any time I messaged they responded promptly which I appreciated.

The place was very comfortable and the location is excellent carpet a little bit dirty and it doesn’t have a smart TV so we couldn’t watch any TV at night beside that everything was perfect for us

The location of the hotel is really good, you have alot of things around you. The place was spacious, clean and although i was a bit worries fron tbe pass code system, vut very quick and efficient. Definitely stay there again

Amazing Location

The apartment was in an amazing location, metro, bus and trams stops within a 5min walk. The apartment is close to the astronomical clock, Charles bridge and the old square. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this

Property located the old town square in Prague, perfect location for walkable to most of places, lots of options for food, very nice place, the only issue for us was we left the hotel few messages before we get there, we didn’t get reply, had to call on arrival to get the info we need. But overall we are happy for our stay, we had a great time. Thank you!

This hotel was so bad i checked out a night early and booked a different hotel. There are no staff, the "concierge desk" has an unplugged telephone and buckets of paint behind it, the rooms are extremely old, and I itched all night in the bed, which i assume was bedbugs or something else.

We never met anyone at the property-it was all by email. Not sure I like that,but I understand. The room/suite ( as there were 4 adults and we needed extra room) was lovely! So unique! Our building was on a point in a square (noisy at night) that people would take pictures of. Very pretty.

The room is a spectacular large vintage room with vaulted ceilings. The lactation is in the heart of the old town literally on the main walking road to most sites. It is a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem. The checkin process was not smooth- it is a digital code entrance with no lobby staff and we did not receive the code in advance and had to call when we arrived so they would email it to us. The communication could be better on what the process is and getting the code in advance.

The fact that the entry code would be delivered the day of check in was not communicated so that caused some stress. We had to call in for a couple of things, but the staff was very responsive and friendly. The location is amazing just a short walk to Charles bridge. The property is old and rustic, but completely modern and comfortable. I would come back next time I visit.

The luxury room was absolutely beautiful and in walking distance to most of the attractions and restaurants. The only downfall is parking, that’s a nightmare. We had to book a parking garage and take Uber to hotel.
