The apartment is located in the center of Prague, in a quiet, central location, between the two famous parks Stromovka and Letenske Gardens, with easy access to public transport. The nearest tram stop is only 50 meters away and the underground can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment is comfortable and modern and offers excellent services: bed linen and towels, toiletries, internet connection and cleaning are included in the price.

In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops, ATM, services, supermarket, as well as numerous cultural monuments and outdoor activities. Within a 15 minute walk you are in the heart of Prague, where you can admire its rich history, including Old Town Square, National Museum and Wenceslas Square. Shopping enthusiasts will also be amazed by the variety of shops and boutiques.

If you arrive by car, you can park on the street or in the guarded parking lot at a distance of 500 m. If you prefer to travel by plane, you can request transportation from the airport to the property by the owner for an extra fee. In this case, please indicate this when booking.

Wir sind zu Dritt gewesen, Eltern mit Kind, DZ fĂŒr die Eltern und KĂŒche mit Schlafsofa fĂŒrs Kind - Endreinigung, frisch bezogene Betten, Toilettenartikel etc. alles inklusive - wir haben uns sehr ĂŒber den gĂŒnstigen Preis gefreut. Den TV nutzten wir nicht, da wir mit dem WiFi -Zugang des Appartmenthauses einfach unsere eigenen GerĂ€te nutzen konnten. Die KĂŒche war etwas dĂŒrftig eingerichtet, aber auf Nachfrage hat uns das freundliche Servicepersonal weitergeholfen. Da wir nur sehr kurz hier waren, war der Tipp mit den Cafes, Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft sehr hilfreich. Wir konnten gut schlafen, Betten waren fĂŒr uns sehr gut. Das DZ und das hellgelb geflieste schöne Bad mit Dusche u. Waschbecken und WC war sehr schön groß und mit den 3 Fenstern liess sich der Dampf nach dem Duschen recht schnell entfernen. Das Appartmenthaus hat mehrere Etagen, die per Aufzug oder Treppe erreichbar waren. Es war schalldicht, also Nachbarn haben wir nicht gehört. Vielen Dank fĂŒr Ihre Aufmerksamkeiten fĂŒr uns, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, und können Ihre Appartments nur weiterempfehlen.

sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt

Ein gerĂ€umiges Appartement, lichtdurchflutet, sauber, gut ausgestattet, freundliches Personal, gute Anbindungen, aber auch zu Fuß ist das Zentrum in ca. 20 Min. zu erreichen. Großer Park und Biergarten in der NĂ€he mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt. Gastgeber hat sofort auf E-Mails geantwortet, sehr angenehm.

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, maybe myself and my mum are easily pleased, but we really enjoyed staying here! The apartment was super clean and quite homely, with all the things you need in an apartment for a few days stay in Prague. There was a fridge, sink, microwave and hotplate, as well as plates, cutlery, pans, cups, glasses, enough for 2. Washing up liquid, a tea towel, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap and shower gel were also provided. The beds were low, but not too low for my 70 year old mother, and we thought they were very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast whilst there, so can't comment on that. The staff were fine, had limited English, but came across as friendly. We didn't access the WiFi whilst we were there so we can't comment on that. The room was very warm. There was a TV with plenty of channels, but as you'd expect there were no English channels, but there were music channels, so we were happy to have them on in the background. Of course it was noisy outside as you would expect when staying on the main street in a capital city, and it was close to the tram lines. However, the apartments have double windows which block the sound out quite efficiently. If I had one small complaint about it would be that the curtains were very thin, so let light in during the night. However, I think that's just a personal thing. the location is good, near a high street with good links to public transport and a walk of about 20 mins to the old town.

Very disappointed with appartment

The appartment was clean but very! basic. The beds were very low, bad for people with bad knees. TV was ancient. The " kitchen" was useless, hotplate did not even fit into the spot it was ment to be, so you could not cook if you wanted to, the reason for staying in an appartment. The sensor lights had a mind of their own, only came on when they wanted to, so quite useless.... Would never stay there again! Left a night early to stay in a hotel with beautyful breakfast, very comfortable room and bed at a slightly cheaper price.

Reasonable for the cost

Very central apartment, lots of room. Beds VERY low, so not for anyone with a bad back. Well equipped with even a hairdryer in the bathroom and shower gel/soap. Our apartment looked into the courtyard of a wine bar so pretty noisy until about 10pm but quiet after that. Incidentally lovely wine bar, worth a visit. Apartment very clean. The window in the corridor of this apartment did not close, causing my daughter and I great unease as there was an apartment next door with a makeshift roof garden where someone could have easily accessed our apartment, we did report it to the cleaner as we rarely saw anyone in reception, but nothing was done, breakfast was less than basic with no fruit juice, cardboard supermarket sliced bread, and little individual portions of jam & spread. Choice of two cereals but not when we were there. Not worth getting out of bed for. We organised an airport pick up & transfer - you would not need to be of a nervous disposition as the chap(didn’t get his name) driving weaved in and out of the traffic at breakneck speed - if I was s religious person I would have been praying very hard! Overall we enjoyed our stay here but may choose somewhere else to see the difference.

good quality for price

Even though we stayed for one night only at this hotel, it was a good experience. The mattresses were not the best and the breakfast was decent, but not for pretentious people. Clean and good connection to the city center by trams. Also possible to reach by foot in about 25 to 30 minutes. We didn't have the best welcome from the owner and couldn't find anyone for about 20 minutes for the checkout, otherwise ok.

Zumindest Doppelappartment hat seine besten Tage hinter sich.

Der durch die Fotos vermittelte gute Eindruck stimmt mit der RealitĂ€t leider nicht ĂŒberein. Lage durch Tramanbindung sehr gut, Appartment sehr gerĂ€umig, schon etwas abgewirtschaftet, nicht ganz sauber, FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr einfach und lieblos, Filterkaffee regelmĂ€ssig kalt, passte daher bestens zum Ambiente des FrĂŒhstĂŒckraumes. Internet hat nur kurz funktioniert. Personal in 3 Tagen nur zweimal kurz gesehen, mĂ€ssig freundlich.

Good location

The location was good, walking distance to the old town. The wifi basically didn't work at all on our cell phones and would have needed a local number to get connected through the MIIA app. Laptops are restricted to a half hour and thats it for the stay. The pictures are let's say, optimistic, showing the best features of each suite. If you are driving, parking is very difficult here and the parking lot is 1.2 km away, not 500 meters as the paper they give you says. Transit is good ONCE you have your tickets which you can only get with Czech coins at a subway vending machine. So, get coins, get mobile data, be prepared to walk and this place is fine.

schon ganz schön abgwirtschaftet; Sauberkeit okay; Betten eher schlecht; Fernsehempfang null, bis auf ein verrauschtes Musikprogramm; Ausstattung zur Eigenversorgung unzureichend; FrĂŒhstĂŒck recht einfach (keine Wurst/KĂ€se, kein Ei, kein Obst/GemĂŒse, Saft aus Pulver), benutztes Geschirr blieb auf Tischen stehen, dafĂŒr fehlte dann das Geschirr fĂŒr nachfolgende; Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr unterschiedlich; Parken Riesenproblem; einziger Vorteil ist die zentrumsnahe Lage, so dass man bei guter Verfassung alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichen kann

Schöne Wohnung fĂŒr einen gĂŒnstigen Preis

Das Apartment war sehr groß und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, die KĂŒchenzeile war ausreichend fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub und die Schlafmöglichkeiten sehr bequem. Man kann aber wirklich erst ab 14 Uhr einchecken, das sollte man unbedingt einhalten.
