Do not stay here if you want a noisy, unclean apartment and to be ignored by the host. There was no wardrobe or rail or anything to hang clothes on (strange for an apartment). But there was a broken wardrobe door that was just propped up against the wall to act as a mirror - not sure where the rest of it went. The bathroom was very unclean with a weird non-labelled soap bottle that looked like dishwashing liquid. None of the TV channels were working, made it basically useless. The worse part was the air conditioning. The machine was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. The place itself was very hot, so it was a need to have it on. Once it became too much noise, we attempted to turn it off and just open windows, but the traffic noise was also significant (you can also hear it when the window are closed). All of this combined we did not want to stay for our full planned week. We attempted to get in contact with the host to help solve anything - no response. We followed up around 5 times via email - no response. Called and no one picked up, it wouldn't let me leave a message. This was booked through Vrbo/Expedia, we attempted to get a refund through them, but they said nothing can be done since the money was already transferred to the host and only they had the ability to refund. Even Vrbo attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. I guess once the host has their money they do not care to help in anyway. Would definitely not recommend.

Insofern gut, alles sehr nett vorbereitet gewesen, jedoch gibt es nur 3 StĂŒhle und das Ausklappsofa war fĂŒr 2 Leute sehr eng.Dennoch gut eingefĂ€delt und die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig und die Altstadt ist in 30 Min an der See Promenade gut zu erreichen.

The communication by the agent Rentez has been excellent. The apartment is located in the vicinity of the city center with near by grocery shops, parking and public transportation. There is wifi available.The hygienic state was not oke, we had to clean both toilets and sinks ourself.Advertised as possible 5 person apartment, is a little exaggeration, since there is only 1 bedroom with a double bed. The couch in the living can be converted to a double bed too, and there is 5th option in the living by converting a small couch but this one is actually kind of broken, and using it as a bed is not really possible without some improvisation, and then still killing your back.Beside it is a bit small to house 5 adults.The apartment needed some maintenance wrt to toilet seat, the kitchen water tap and window blinds.
