スタッフは、みんな親切で丁寧で良かったです。部屋は4階の奥の部屋で綺麗で可愛らしく広めの部屋でした(2人でスーツケースを広げれるくらい。)シャワーが出なくて蛇口の方でお湯を出してお風呂に入った、スタッフを呼べば解決したのかもしれないが、面倒でそのまま入ったので、設備面で△ ドライヤーは設備に無かったが、持っていった物は電圧の関係上使えず自然乾燥しました。 朝食は種類がものすごく多いわけではなかったが、ソーセージ、卵、パンなど美味しかったので、一泊しか食べれ無くて残念でした。 部屋も綺麗で立地も観光地に近く、映画に出てくるような建物で、とても満足です！あとは、ドライヤー完備しててくれたら！

Sconsiglio assolutamente questo hotel!!! Come prima cosa è sporco da morire, gli asciugamanani non sono mai stati cambiati e negli angoli della stanza erano presenti anche dei fazzoletti sporchi probabilemente di altri ospitit mai stati raccolti. Il letto era un materasso posizionato a terra, nulla a che vedere con le foto presenti sul sito. La moquet della stanza sporchissima, non ho mai camminati a piedi scalzi per paura di prendere malattie, e nelle altre aree dell'hotel non era di certo meglio. Nella sala della colazione ho visto anche ragni. Non andate assolutamente, non è un hotel che si può permettere 3 stelle.

嚴重貨不對辦

今次訂的是2張雙人床的房，去到房間打開門傻了眼，因為房間好細及只有一張大床，同相片完全不符，好似去了第二間酒店一樣。到reception同職員講我係2張雙人床的房，職員話他們full house, 而且整間酒店都只有1張大床房房間。我再問他為什麼網上有2床房，他換了說法說，有2張床但拼在一起變雙人床了。我再show email俾佢睇佢已經唔耐煩話有咩事可以聽日同佢經理投訴，但現在什麼都做不了。 我唯有上房，好彩張床係由2張單人床拼埋上面加一張雙人床褥而成，所以如相片中我地將床分開，其中一張床用毛巾舖床。 第二日去搵經理問同樣問題，經理話有我哋嘅房種貴啲嘅，但冇房就俾咗平價房我。重叫我下次book完之後email俾佢哋留房。 重有下次？？唔會囉

Hotellet er fint for pengene, men ligger i et lidt kedeligt kvarter. Der er dog flere sporvogns-muligheder lige i nærheden, og nogle gode små spisesteder rundt omkring i sidegaderne. Værelset bliver ryddet op hver dag, så min sure smiley er ikke på grund af, at værelset var beskidt, for det var det ikke, men det var voldsomt grænseoverskridende, at de oversprøjtede mit løbetøj med parfume. Det hang til tørre, og, indrømmet, lugtede mere end ret surt, men det giver ikke tilladelse til at tilføje det endnu en kraftig lugt. Ret uacceptabelt. Wi-Fi var ikke brugbart mens vi var der.

Nice location and price, but noisy and some issues

Walking distance to the city centre, and tram stop next to the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Had the room next to the hotel entrance. Good size, quite okay bathroom etc. However, could not see any smoke detector, the fridge was a bit iffy, and no obvious way to control the temperature of the room. The main concern staying in that particular room (not sure about the rest of the hotel), was the amount of noise - from the corridor (everyone entering or exiting the hotel could be easily heard) and from the water piping/bathrooms in the floors above. Was ok for me since I'm used to a bit of notice, but imagine it would be difficult for some people. Breakfast was nothing in particular, but ok. For me, the hotel was very reasonably priced, which more or less made up for the other inconveniences (except for the lack of smoke detector, which I would think was a requirement? Maybe I just didn't see it?) Would probably choose another hotel next time, but then also most likely having to pay more, so fairly satisfied with what I got for the price.

The hotel location is fine and within an easy walk to the metro and very close to one of the tram stops. However, we when got to our room we had a non working mini fridge. The door was removed and off to the side and the whole unit unplugged. That was disappointing as we would have liked to have chilled our water and stored some food items. There was no curtain or blinds on our windows which made the room really hot! We also couldn't block out the sunlight when the sky began becoming light at 4am.

Hotel Price for Camp Bed

Asked for twin room. Information said two double beds, that's why I booked here. Arrived and only one bed ready. The other was a camp bed. Informed reception. Receptionist didn't know how to set up the camp bed. Very dissatisfied. There are nicer hotels in the centre for the same price. If I want to sleep on a camp bed, I will go camping. Our room was nothing like the pictures, which had two proper beds. Paid £70 per night. Poor value for money. I very rarely complain. I am not a moaner and groaner. Give this one a miss.

Hotel proche du centre ville à pieds, accueil sommaire et pas avenant, chambre moyenne et mal agencée pour la tv même si non regardée, rue calme, salle de bains aux finitions sommaires mais fonctionnel. Le changement des serviettes n'est pas fait sur les quatre jours. Petits déjeuners corrects.
