Very convenient, rooms modernly refurnished in an old town, don't worry about it being in old town, choose a room with a view, very demanding. Location very convenient to sightseeing walking distances to nice restaurant and transport systems

We stayed here from June 17–20 and had a terrible experience. The in-room AC was completely broken during a major heatwave (30°C+), and despite multiple complaints, the hotel staff showed zero urgency or care. We spent two nights sweating, unable to sleep, and I have asthma, which made it even worse. No fan was offered until I begged for one the second day. The AC was temporarily “fixed” late on day 2 but broke again that same night. It was only fully working by our last day. No compensation, no apology, no support. Totally unacceptable. Would not stay here again.

Location of the hotel is excellent! Very close to main attractions. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I would never recommend to go to the breakfast buffet. It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced! The food tasted horrible! Size of the room is pretty good! Big plus it has a small refrigerator in the room! Bed linens and towels don’t look fresh and clean. Soap and shampoo are very watery.

Very well localized!! Reception closes at 10pm… if u lose your room key you wont be able to enter. Room has a old smelling… super sharp on the check out, at 11:04 and has people knocking at my door. My shuttle also havent showed up at the airport, better take Uber

The hotel only provides bare minimum. No amenities

The hotel provides only bare minimum of amenities and services but I paid about 250 euro per nights. The a/c was not on as the management think it is not hot enough.

Great views but warm space

I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to in this instance. Overall, it is a very good hotel in a great location with wonderful views. The staff was extremely nice. My biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning on a very warm day. I have traveled throughout Europe and I normally do not mind no AC but I had just flown into Prague and I knew after a long flight on a warm day I would want to cool down so I specifically chose this hotel in advance because of having AC as an amenity. Unfortunately, they did not have the AC on in the building and were not planning to do so that day. I even asked for a fan to cool down the room but they did not have any to provide. Again, I normally do not complain, and it is a great hotel otherwise, but, at a minimum, a hotel should provide the minimum of what is advertised.

Nice but loud, bad breakfast

The room was beautiful and spacious with a nice view of Prague’s rooftops. The breakfast was bad, very basic. Though they did have eggs. The location is central BUT loud because it’s near a bar (Irish pub so loud drunk Brits).

Excellent place to stay in Prague. Just minutes from the main square, close to many restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet area. Very clean, reception is extremely helpful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague :)
