Great location 2 minutes from Charles bridge. Excellent big clean rooms. Complementary tea and coffee much appreciated. Comfortable beds. Underfloor heating in the beautiful well appointed bathrooms (huge showers).
Great communication with the hosts whilst I was struggling with the online checkin.
Unbelievable value for money
THANKYOU
Would highly recommend these apartments if you are staying in Prague, they were perfect for our stay, the location is within walking distance of the tourist attractions, pubs & restaurant's. The apartment is immaculate, beautiful & luxury, the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next year, Prague was amazing! â€ïž
The room was absolutely beautiful and the beds comfortable. This would be wonderful for a group of friends or family. The only issues I had were minor : hot water was lukewarm in shower, no shelving in bathrooms for items like toothbrushes etc., no instructions for ac/heat. Ultimately they were minor things and I would recommend the hotel for others. It also is right near the train lines and close to many sights.
very nice hotel, room, location.. check-in was painfull and very unpleasent .. the person on the phone was very rude and unwilling to help with the check in, and basically told us to deal with expedia, as he is unable to do anything. expedia support was not reachable .. and it took multiple phone calls before the impossible became possible, and
This hotel is in a truly historic building in Lesser Town Prague . More suited for younger travelers perhaps as the elevator listed only went to certain floors and involved daily stairs to maneuver, especially with luggage. Newly remodeled and attractive. Hot water was spotty, especially in morning and mid-afternoon. AC was not available due to switch over to heat with no possibility of even the use of fan setting. Constantly stuffy and warm. There was ongoing loud construction work daily right outside window starting early in AM. Hotel manager was responsive via email but a booklet to address frequently asked questions FULLY would relieve the guest of the responsibility of emailing numerous times and finally trying to avoid feeling like "that lady" that who pesters the manager daily. The cleaning staff was excellent, but were not available daily, and their scheduled availability was not planned. Facial cloths, typically provided by hotels for bathing were NOT available in spite of request. The kitchen appliances were newer and in good repair. Early morning departure was surprising. As we attempted to leave the building for a morning flight, we found the heavy, wooden, ancient doors to the street LOCKED with no information on how to unlock the doors. Email to manager at 430AM WAS NOT an option for timely departure. FELT DANGEROUS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY SITUATION AND NOT ANTICIPATED. Finally got out by trial and error. Would not stay here again.
