It is a spacious and modern duplex that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. With 3 beautifully designed bedrooms and 3 beds, there's plenty of room for everyone. The loft also features 2 stylish bathrooms, including one with a luxurious bathtubâperfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The open layout and contemporary design create a tranquil and sophisticated retreat, offering both comfort and privacy for families or groups.

Registration and Tourist Tax: We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in.
Check-in: We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00. We can accommodate a check in from 21:00 to 23:00 with a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally.
Check- out: Checkout is at 11:00. We may be able to let you leave luggage later, depending on what we have arranged with any incoming guest.

Transit The nearest metro station is Muzeum (line A and C), just a short walk away, providing quick access to the rest of the city. NĂĄrodnĂ tĆĂda tram stop is also nearby, offering easy access to major attractions in Old Town and New Town. If you're arriving by train, the Main Train Station (HlavnĂ nĂĄdraĆŸĂ) is just a 10-minute walk away. For those coming from the airport, the Airport Express bus offers a direct route to the Main Train Station, where you can catch a tram or metro to your destination. With its central location and excellent transport links, getting around Prague is quick and convenient.
Taxi: There is Uber and Bolt as well as standard taxi available. It is cheaper to book in advance. -CITY TAX
All guests are required to pay 2.1 ⏠per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.

-QUIET HOURS Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
-SMOKING Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 ⏠will be imposed.
-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 âŹ.
-WAITING FEE In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 ⏠for every hour of waiting.
The property is newly renovated and the pictures look great. Unfortunately, the construction of the renovation was very shoddy. The toilet flush valve broke, in fact it wasn't even installed properly, and was not repaired. The hot water went out, and when that was repaired, the heat didn't work. The guardrails on the stairs are not fully installed, unfinished particle board that leaves splinters, and was not safe. One shower is left incomplete, the glass partition still sitting in one room.The location was good, there is a ton of space, communication with management was great. But the quality of the renovations was very poor.
