Tiny room, very claustrophobic and the heating/cooling system didn't work. There were no tea/coffee or fridge amenities. There was the minimum of clothing storage, one dustbin and a shower that clogged up and sprayed water across the rest of the floor. The only hotel that I have stayed at, anywhere in the world, that didn' t have at least one English television channel! Like all Motel One hotels no gym/fitness area. The good bits. Stylish entrance and bar, close to the central station. Not far from the old town. Probably fine for a single business person only staying one night. Personally, I would choose a better hotel, even if it meant spending 20 - 30% more.

This is a very nice hotel with nice staff. The train station is close and it's an easy walk to the old city and the Charles Bridge.

The room was spacious and comfortable, however, it was a long walk from the elevator. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and the eclectic lighting and decor. Easy walking distance to Old Town and Astronomical Clock. Several decent restaurants in the area for dinner. A bit noisy outside.

Overall positive experience as solo female traveler. Clean, cute decor. Good location walking wise - 12 min walk to old town and close to tram stops. Breakfast was great and rooftop area is very nice. Couple things I would have appreciated - shower cap in the bathroom and phone in the room to contact front desk if needed. The people in the room on top of me were quite loud, could hear them stomping around and slamming doors. Don’t know if that’s bad soundproofing or just loud people. Would return again overall.

Very walkable to the old town square. Our hotel room was facing onto the train station however the noise did not disturb us at all - very well soundproofed! Our bedroom had an “open wardrobe” would have preferred a closed wardrobe. Housekeeping replaced towels every day but did not make up the bed. Good choices at breakfast. Only down side was that the breakfast area was quite small so felt quite crowded at busy times. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place was very stylish but the room was VERY small. It would have been fine for 1 person but there were 2 of us. It’s a bit of a walk to Old Town but super close to the main train station. The staff gave us a list of nearby restaurants and marked their faves. They made good picks! We ate very well while there.

Just a short walk from old town

Lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from old town. Rooms, lobby, and breakfast were very nice. I was surprised to see the room didn't have tea or coffee and there's no work space available in the hotel.

Disappointed on delayed luggage handling

Informed about my baggage delay, but the reception was not too helpful on helping out. Have to go down to reception several times to check myself on my luggage arrival. And they missed to get the receipt of luggage delivery. Overall hotel is ok, breakfast area is fantastic especially the rooftop have a very nice view.
