The beautiful private pool is equipped with chairs and sun loungers is ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. The house is spread over two levels: The main entrance is on the second floor, where there is a large living room / kitchen and bathroom. From here you can access the panoramic terrace and pool. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and air conditioning and access to the garden. An ideal destination to enjoy the beauty of the coast, in search of the beaches and the most beautiful places of Calabria. The tourist villages such as Diamante, Belvedere Marittimo, Scalea and nearby Maratea with clubs, discos and pubs are within easy reach. Services, bars and restaurants nearby are open all year round.
