The staff was very friendly when we could get someone to the desk. They were very accommodating. The room was relatively clean. The towels and outer bed coverings need to be replaced. They appear to have stains from usage.

Staff would not let us check in because we arrived at 10:30 even though this is meant to be an 24 hour staffed hotel and we were told we could check in late. The manager was one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered and did not care we were 8 hours from home with nowhere to stay as long as she didn’t have to come back to the property. we had to unexpectedly book a new hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
