There is a large terrace with beautiful view to the beach and the port of Sutomiscica. The local village beach, with the beach bar, is in the front of the house, where private parking place for 1 car is available. Garden featuring Mediterranean plants with olive, lemon and orange trees has swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5). There is an outside sun shower with 6 deck chairs, handmade barbecue place, summer marble kitchen with water and sink and large courtyard (covered with sandstone) for dinning and activities.
The whole garden and swimming pool area is supported with quality LED lighting. From the outside world, the pool and garden are separated with stone wall and with the plant's created natural wall. The whole area of Villa Luna is surrounded with high walls, giving to its guests the privacy they need. In the courtyard, there is a dinning table for 5 people, plus sofas for relaxing. This part of the garden is protected from the sun with reed, giving the best shade during the strong sun periods.

Beach: 10 meters from Villa Luna there is local village beach with a bar open in the summer. It is a sand beach. However, the best wild beaches could be reached only by boat/moped and car/walking. Marina "Olive Island" in Sutomiscica Bay, offer private speed boat services, which could provide transport on previous agreement. Walking from the property towards the end of peninsula, stone beaches are found.

Almost all of Island Ugljan villages have their local beaches. They are organized, properly cleaned, and maintained. Preferred by families with kids. There are lots of wild beaches, scattered all around the Island. Island is covered inside by small paths and roads, some of them with asphalt, some not. That makes them suitable for cycling and power walking. The old castle of Sv. Mihovil, originally built by crusaders of 14 century while attacking the town of Zadar, is an experience worth to see. When the weather is nice, most of Kornati archipelago is visible, and sometimes even the Italian Apennines mountings could be seen.
Restaurants are scattered all around, most of them opened only during the summer season. If you want to rent a bicycle or moped, good place to look for it is the village of Preko.
Hiring a speed boat, for a daily trip to Zadar or to any other Island of Zadar archipelago can be arranged in Olive Island Marina - Sutomiscica. That is also a place of the most award-winning restaurant, but, in order to have a dinner, you better book in advance!
There is possibility also to privately hire a boat and skipper (daily trips to Kornati National Park). The guest can inquire on its own with available details (House leaflet). A trip to Kornati takes around 1.5 h, and the boat takes up to 8 people.

Peaceful place where you are able to relax (holiday mood) or concentrate to your work and hobbies (e.g. painting, programming, business conducting, etc...). In the winter, with two fireplaces, could be relaxing swimming in the cold sea, however, the swimming pool option is there). In the summer, the house is very pleasant (with outside temp. of 35 outside, even without the air conditioning it comes not more than 24 degrees - if all windows are closed!). It is very powerful place, where one would like to have it as the place of an ordinary residence ...
