Villa Stocco is a combination of rustic and modern style with exceptional comfort, spacious terraces and unforgettable atmosphere. This comfortable villa for 14 people is located at the centre of the village Ugljan, 11 km away from ferry port Preko and connections with major city Zadar. Villa is placed on ideal location in a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the beach and 5 min. walk from the shopping area and the port of Ugljan, close to shops, restaurants and services.

The villa was built in 16th century as a castle and is furnished in the 2013 with new and rustic furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 1.400 m2, the Villa Stocco offers its guests a 26 m2 large swimming pool with a well maintained garden with fruit trees and barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and own parking space for 5 cars.

On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, fireplace, satellite TV and exit to the terrace, bedroom with a double bed, air conditioner, satellite TV, bath/toilet with shower and exit to the swimming pool.

At the first floor there are two separated apartments, each with two fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, two double bedrooms, air-conditioner, shower/toilet and satellite TV and two terraces.

On the second floor of the house is apartment for 2 people with fully kitchen, double bed, shower/toilette, satellite TV, air conditioner and balcony and it can be rented for an additional surcharge.

***Parties are not allowed after 12:00 pm and it is important that house rules are followed***

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 25 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
