Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

We had an amazing stay at this Prescott home while visiting our son, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We travel to Prescott several times a year, and this property is by far one of the best we’ve experienced. The home is thoughtfully designed and had everything we could possibly need, making it feel comfortable and effortless from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the location — it’s perfectly situated close to shops and the city center, and we loved that everything was within walking distance. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.The outdoor entertainment space was especially meaningful for us. It created the perfect setting to relax, spend quality time, and connect with our son, which made our trip even more special.Overall, this home was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we’re so grateful we found it. We will definitely be returning and plan to make this our go-to place every time we visit Prescott.

We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. The home itself was extremely comfortable, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the upgrades. The improvements really elevate the space and make this charming house feel luxurious. Everything was well cared for and designed with guests in mind. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely Perfect

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. For an Air B&B it is fully equipped. The house itself is very roomy. There was 4 of us and we didn't feel crowded. It is in walking distance to downtown. We absolutely loved it!
