Just a 5-minute drive from historic downtown Prescott, you’ll have easy access to charming shops, delightful dining options, and the iconic Whiskey Row. Craving outdoor fun? Watson Lake is only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy hiking, kayaking, and more recreational activities!

The backyard is made for unforgettable moments—soak in the private 6-person hot tub, gather around the custom-built fire pit, fire up the grill, and enjoy the ample outdoor seating. Start your mornings on the front patio with a cup of coffee or tea while soaking in gorgeous mountain views. Inside, the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is perfect for unwinding, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll sleep comfortably in one of two king-sized beds. There’s also a cozy queen bed and a rollaway twin for additional guests. The outdoor fire pit is available for cozy evenings under the stars (subject to Yavapai County fire restrictions). Firewood is complimentary and provided for the duration of your stay.

Boulder Cabin is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and makes a perfect home base for day trips to other Arizona gems like Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, and even the Grand Canyon. With Prescott’s four-season weather, there’s always something to enjoy year-round.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DRIVEWAY AT BOULDER CABIN***
For parking, we offer a covered carport at the top of the driveway, ideal for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep.

***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

***Dish & Kitchen Cleanliness Policy***
Guests are required to load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher before checkout. Please avoid leaving an excessive amount of dishes in the sink or on the counter, as this creates extra work for our cleaning team. While it’s fine to leave a few items, the sink and counters should not be left full of dirty dishes. Guests who leave excessive messes may be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.
