I chose this property because of the reviews, images, amenities and location. Restaurant options, banking services, shopping and a theater were nearby if not walking distance. The free breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold options-the area was clean and well stocked. The major drawback was that the property was in the early stages of renovation, noise, dust, obstacles and the rooms, not yet renovated, were way beyond their past due date. There was no mention of this when I booked so very disappointed. Because of the convenient location, I'd definitely try them again once the reno is complete.

Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly. Room was on the road side and a bit noisy until late night. Noise from other doors closing was fairly loud and people in hallways were noisy. Room was very spacious and liked the general layout of beds, desk and dresser.

Staff was helpful and courteous, especially the folks running the breakfast - they were always on top of things. The king studio is a nicely sized room with plenty of space. Wish the rooms had hard floors instead of carpeting.

I think the rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing I found weird was the shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner but not body wash. There was a bottle by the sink but how does that help if you are showering? I would stay there again.
