Clean rooms, convenient centralized access to everything, safe, well-lit parking, a diverse complimentary hot breakfast, and attentive and friendly front desk. All the things you want to experience in a hotel. After a long 6.5 hour trip from California I was exhausted at check-in, and one front desk staff employee in particular, Andrea (Annie) was a sweetheart, and went above and beyond, by assisting me bringing things to my room. It's people like her who are an asset to a hotel. I will definitely be back!

Do better cleaning the bathroom please

The staff was friendly but the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and the beds were very hard. It felt like the mattresses were the old spring style. That was tolerable however the long black hair (not my hair color) that was in the bathtub was a disgusting thing to find when I opened the shower curtain. Based on this I’ll stay somewhere else next time I am in the area.
