Staff was very friendly and nice! Best part of the Inn. The beds were firm and the sheets had to be shaking out. I had to kill a spider and a cockroach but it had to come from outside. Rooms were clean.

Cute place, but the room was not what you expect. Two lights worked in room, not counting bathroom. The heater is a space heater about 12”x12” and didn’t function very well, took me 20-30 minutes to get it to work right at all, but the plugs in room wouldn’t supply enough power to get the heat core to work. There is a wall heater unit but doesn’t work. It took nearly 1 hour before the room was warm enough to sleep in (17° outside) and the heater stayed on high speed the whole time, not letting me get a decent sleep. I could go on but I think this enough to let next guest be informed. Not worth the cost. Not sure how Expedia gave them a 3.4 star I think? I am being generous with a 2 star because they are convenient for the location. Would not vacation here though.

Cozy little spot

I stayed at the Sierra Inn for a full week and it was a lovely, cute little spot. I was working remotely, so I spent a lot of time in my room which was perfectly sized. The nature surrounding the establishment was beautiful and I enjoyed the 2 minute drive to the downtown Whiskey Row area. You feel like you are in a remote area, but at the same time you are so close to everything!
