The place is so unorganized. They have very little communication with there own staff. Not to mentioned the billed me incorrectly. The GM takes a very long time to help solve any issues. When you try to get assistance from the staff, they are clueless to.whats going on. I do NOT recommend this pace for lodging.

It was okay. The check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly. The wall by the elevator looked dirty and the baseboard needs paint. The elevator is small and not very clean. The room was clean and pleasant and the bed was comfortable. There were many work crew members staying there. They sat out in the hall and made banging noises until midnight. Then the train behind the building came through blowing its horn - but I only heard it once. I didn’t get hot water in the bathtub because every time I tried to turn it hotter, the pipe would make a loud squealing/grinding noise. I did not complain about any of this when I was there because it was late and I was only there one night. The breakfast was decent.

I liked that it was clean, staff friendly. What I would suggest is a coffee pot in the room. The breakfast would be nice if spoons were added for easy eating of cereal, there was no bread to put into toaster. Fruit would have been a nice option.

We stayed last night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked another night for tonight and when I got to the hotel, the clerk said the rate was incorrect even though I had already booked and paid it through the Expedia app. She said she couldn’t make the adjustment, but I should talk to the manager in the morning to make sure the price is adjusted to match the rate shown on Expedia.
