Welcome to a little heavenly piece of gorgeous North Idaho! This beautiful spacious waterfront 2900 spft home has amazing views of the Pend Oreille River from almost every room in the house! The home is also very family friendly with 4 bedrooms (including bunkroom), 2 bathrooms, open living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a bonus family room downstairs with sleep sofa for extra guests.

NOTE: peak season July/most of August- 7 night minimum, please book Sunday-Sunday. Thank you so much ;)

Bring your toys and get ready to play since this waterfront property has two boat lifts and a jet ski lift to accommodate your wonderful toys. Boat to Sandpoint and checkout the lake or stay and boat in the river all day (such a large water way to checkout, you'll never get bored). Or if you need to work while you play we now have great wifi through starlink!
This home is situated on just over 100ft of water frontage, with large beach area (extra fresh sand just added) w/ grass area, and fire pit. This place is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, water-skiing, wakeboard or just relaxing on the beach :) It is also located just off a quiet private forest lined paved road beside other beautiful homes …it’s perfect for jogging, family bike rides, and morning/evening walks. Plus, we also provide 5 kayaks to enjoy, come play on the water!!!
The town of Priest River is located 2 miles away, and offers all the amenities including golfing, shopping, great restaurants, and cute coffee shops. Beautiful Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille is about a 30 min drive or 30 minute boat ride away along the gorgeous Pond Oreille river. This place is full of fun activities, great shopping, and excellent dining as well. Plus, several boat up restaurants along the way. Priest Lake you'll find about 35 minutes north with its hundreds of miles of mountain biking, hiking, and exceptional groomed snowmobiling trail, such a great place to go explore. In addition, Silverwood Amusement Park and Boulder Beach water park are just 39 minutes south…it makes for a great all-day adventure with its many world-class roller coasters, rides, and water slides :) Plus, don't forget the renown Coeur D' Alene just 40 miles south as well. Schweitzer Ski area, near Sandpoint has awesome snowboarding and skiing just a short 39 minute drive away too. In the summer the ski resort has so many activities for the family and free chair lift rides :)This home is the perfect summer or winter paradise, full of awesome outdoor fun! So many options to checkout and explore in any direction!


****There are two security cameras on the front driveway for Safety, deterrence, security, and liability.
NOTE: As you can see from photos you must walk up and down to the water and there’s also a similar slope for the driveway. Warning not suited for elderly or handicapped. That being said it’s no trouble for the average person. I walk up and down 20x in the evenings to burn of my vacation calories :)
