The Space:
Bright, modern and designed for relaxed coastal living, this Primrose Sands retreat is all about easy summer days by the beach. Just a short stroll from the sand, it’s the perfect base for families or groups of up to seven to unwind, explore and make the most of Tasmania’s stunning coastline.

With three welcoming bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps seven. The master features a queen bed and ensuite, while a second queen room adds extra comfort. The third bedroom, with a bunk and single, is perfect for kids. A main bathroom with bathtub and a separate laundry make longer stays a breeze.

The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and captures gorgeous water views. Cook up feasts in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table or kick back in the comfy lounge after a day at the beach.

Outdoors, this home truly shines. Multiple entertaining spaces let you choose your vibe: enjoy morning coffee on the sun-drenched side deck with ocean glimpses, fire up the BBQ and share a meal with friends, or stargaze late into the night. A back deck with darts adds a playful touch, while plenty of parking makes coming and going easy.

When you’re ready to explore, the location couldn’t be better. Spend your days swimming and beachcombing just minutes from your door, then venture further to discover the iconic Tasman Peninsula. Primrose Sands is a relaxed coastal town on Tasmania’s southeast coast, set along a wide sandy beach with safe swimming and great fishing which makes it hugely popular with families. Just 20 minutes from Sorell and under an hour from Hobart, it’s also perfectly positioned on the route to the Tasman Peninsula. Explore highlights like the Tessellated Pavement at Eaglehawk Neck, dramatic sea cliffs and blowholes, and the historic Port Arthur site—all within easy reach before returning to the peace of your beachside retreat.

A car is recommended for this location to fully enjoy the highlights the region has to offer.
