Our room is very clean, as well as the bathrooms. We heard a lot of noise throughout the night, and outside of the hotel was very sketchy and felt unsafe.

First room we were in wasn’t so good, they gave us a bigger room. Had a better stay except for the loud partying going on in the next room. But security escorted them out eventually. Probably should clean your carpets regularly because it was very sticky. Other than that I’ll probably stay again.

The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed, hair in the bathroom, dirty diapers and garbage behind the dresser and under the bed. Food in the freezer compartment of the fridge. I expected it to be cleaned the next day but was not. I worked for a Travelodge property for 20 years as a housekeeping supervisor and was disgusted by the state of the room. Will never stay there again! The front desk staff were polite.

Place needs a freshening up...badly.

This used to be the best hotel in Prince Albert. It is still not too bad, but it smells old and despite the fact that there are lots of non-smoking rooms, the place smells of smoke everywhere. The restaurant used to be one of the top restaurants in town, not now. High food price, very slow service. We went to another place for food.

Avoid avoid avoid, stayed 4 nights for a business trip, it’s an old hotel in an old area of the city I knew that going in….. but the coffee pot didn’t work it took them a day and a half to get us a new one, the shower didn’t work, 4 days without a shower. Good thing the jacuzzi tub worked so we could at least clean ourselves. The floor was extremely sticky yes house keeping took care of that my thought was why didn’t they do that before we got there. There was an empty bag of chips beside the bed and empty bottle caps under the couch. I’ve stayed in old hotels before and they were just fine. $160 per night and we couldn’t shower? This was the “Executive Suite” no less. Travelodge used to be good hotels to stay at. Humph this was an embarrassment. I usually find the good and not worry so much about the bad but this was beyond terrible. This was the first time I EVER asked for money back, unfortunately they told me since it was booked through hotels.com they couldn’t do any thing. I am truly lost for words.
