We stayed here last night and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The hotel is poorly maintained overall, and there was excessive noise throughout the entire night, making it impossible to rest. Very disappointing.

The only I’m give the hotel a 4 star is because the elevator was broken when I stayed there in October and it as broken still. Everything else was great from the staff, amenities, and the room.

Couldn’t have asked more from the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that. Hotel has definitely seen better days. For what you get, I feel the price paid is too high. ‘Fitness Center’ is comprised of 3 machines and no free weights. Of the three machines, only 1 machine (the elliptical) works. Elevator is broken (the elevator was broken 2 weeks ago when my father was here. Room is great, minus the fridge with separating seal around the edges and the freezer desperately needs to be defrosted. Rivals the iceberg of the titanic.

The room was clean. The trash bins at the back parking lot was overflowing. There was a lot of teenagers running up and down the hallway talking loud from 7 pm till 9:30 pm I stepped outside my room to ask them to quiet there wasn't anyone from the front desk asking them to be quiet. I have stayed there a lot of times have never had that issue.

We were assigned a room when we arrived, used our key to open the door and there were already people staying in the room. We went to the desk and they gave us a different room but never apologized for the mistake. Room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was awful.

Yes. There were cockroaches in room and looked to be like baby food or something on the curtain. The Wi-Fi didn’t even work.
