The resort also offers many onsite activities such as an island orientation, massages, jewelry and lei making classes, Hawaiian music, coconut basket weaving, fish feeding, potlucks, bingo, and much more!

Air conditioning is optional and available for $25/day at the resort. All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-out, which is approximately $24/day. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on VRBO’s platform. Onsite parking is free.

Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in.

The resort is fully staffed and provides a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your Kauai Vacation. Concierge service is available and maintenance and housekeeping are on site. Linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided, as well as some dish soap and paper towels. There are also coolers provided in each unit.

Princeville Shopping Center is nearby for quick eats as well as a Foodland Grocery Store. From Bali Hai, you can walk to the 1Hotel or on many of the walking paths throughout Princeville.

Bali Hai has excellent reviews on Trip Advisor which you're welcome to explore to know that this is a supreme location on the north shore of Kauai. Minutes from Hanalei and Anini Beach, two amazing beaches on Kauai.
Resort Stay

Hawaii Tax #: GE-164-341-1456-01

Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.  

The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours. 

Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations. 

A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation. 

Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted. 

Resort Stay LLC is not responsible for severe weather or power outages. Guests can purchase travel insurance prior to their trip to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellation. Reservations are transferable for $99.
