Emmalani Court condos are located on the spectacular North Shore of the Garden Island of Kauai in Princeville. This spacious condominium is adjacent to the Makai Golf Course in Princeville.

The living area and bedrooms are air conditioned making sure you are always comfortable!

Some nights you may just want to stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ by the pool.

Nearby is a wide selection of options for dining out either in Princeville or in the picturesque old town of Hanalei.

The North Shore offers numerous hiking trails, including the renowned Kalalau Trail, as well as wet and dry caves and Limahuli, a national tropical botanical garden that offers tours showing off Kauai's flora. And of course, the beaches! World renown Hanalei Bay is a short drive.

Great stay in Princeville

Overall, we had a lovely time here. The property was in a beautiful location with multiple routes to gorgeous ocean views, lots of lush greenery, and a walkable distance from Hideaways Beach (a solid place for snorkeling and a small beach with plenty of shade). The A/C kept things comfortably cool, the condo was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was always responsive. The only (minor) issue we had was that the refrigerator compressor would rev up for a while anytime the fridge door was opened, which was annoyingly loud, but not a huge deal at all.

EMMALANI 424

This condo is in a great location to beaches, stores and hiking trails. It was very clean and well stocked. It even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear and swim noodles. The condo is well layed out for privacy between rooms. The pool and hot tub are both very nice and clean. This was my 11th visit to the hawaiian islands and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, lush beautiful grounds. Twin beds require replacing but overall very comfortable and clean condo . Enjoyed watching the albatross from the balcony.

Overall very comfortable

Condo is super clean and well stocked. Living room is light and airy and has plenty of seating. TV/Cable/DVD is easy to use. Air conditioning works great in living room and master bedroom but unit is noisy in second bedroom. (The back of the curtains in second bedroom are moldy and need to be replaced.) New beds are needed or at least given foam toppers! It would be nice to have a king in the master and not two twins put together. Overall very comfortable! I would definitely come again.

Kauai Doesn't Get Better

They really need to take a better photo to show you the view. It was beautiful and open, from master and living room. The unit was just as described, easy to pick up keys, and the unit has everything you need. The very lovely pool is steps away, and the unit is very quiet. A beautiful, easy walk over to the shopping area and restaurants. Enjoy the island, have a last dinner at the Happy Bar with stunning views at the Hanalei Resort, and even though the drive is long to the other side of the island, everything is worth it! A great condo, extremely clean, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect location for our family

Great condo where you can see the sunrise from the living room and the sunset just added steps away. Clean. Perfect did our 2 grown kids and us. Everything you need is already there including a cute welcoming gift. You have to pick up keys at office but it’s so close to the airport it’s not a problem. Abs it’s close to stores to do your shopping. We are definitely coming back.

Overall it was great, we loved the location and the amenities! However the kitchen had tons of tiny ants and we had to keep our food on the dining room table. The dishwasher also wasn’t working, which was inconvenient as well.

The property is in a great location. Rooms are all decent sized and we were thankful to have a washer/dryer and air conditioning. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umberellas, cooler and snorkeling gear. Cleaning service needed to do a better job in the bathrooms.
