There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe how much we enjoyed staying here! We stayed here for a week for our 25th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo is squeaky clean, had more than enough provisions, and the location was perfect. Did I mention the view? Oh my word- on a bluff/cliff area overlooking the North Shore! The Princeville restaurants were just over a mile away and the sweet little town of Hanalei was only a few miles away. Suzie was very responsive to any questions and made sure that our stay was unforgettable! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo with fantastic views

Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. And what a view!!! So nice to fall asleep listening to the waves. I was a little worried about not having AC but there was always a nice breeze so we didn't miss it. We stayed five nights and it wasn't long enough!! Didn't want to leave. Highlight of our trip was the doors off helicopter ride (Jack Harter Helicopters). It was a life changing experience!! It's a must do!!!

Alii Kai condo in Princeville

This was a beautiful place to stay and was exactly as the pictures showed (unlike my condo in Poipu that lured me in with beautiful photos but was not the same unit). Falling asleep to crashing waves, waking up to watch the sunrise out of my bedroom window. It is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for meal preparation. Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom was heavenly! Reasonably close to Hanalei and only an hour to the airport. Suzy provided excellent instructions in her packet. Door sticks a little so don’t think you are locked out! No AC but the fans and breeze off the ocean made it very comfortable. Hope to rent her place again. Was really hard to leave!!

Beautiful and calming place

This property is in a perfect, calm location. Right on the water and you can fall asleep to the waves. Watched sunset and sunrise on most days. Close to many activities. Need a car, but that was expected and fine with us. We had our 11yr old with us and he loved it. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. Check out process was a little stressful bc it asked for all towels to be washed and started in the dryer which isn’t always possible if you are showering before departure. The switches for the fans and lights were confusing, but we eventually figured it out. We would definitely rent this place again and would reccommend it to others. Also liked the concierge they set us up with through the booking.

Well-appointed condo with gorgeous ocean views

The listing for this wonderful property was spot-on. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The host was responsive in communication. The panoramic ocean views from the lanai were fantastic. The weather wasn't great during our stay but we still had a good time watching the waves roll in with a glass of wine in hand.

Great balcony view

The condo lived up to all expectations. The balcony was a great outdoor space with a fabulous view and daytime shade. This is a first floor corner condo so quite private. There is little nearby for walkable amenities but most of Princeville seems like that. Hanalei is only a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular view and ocean sounds!

Truly gorgeous property. The view is absolutely stunning. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was wonderful. It’s even more beautiful in person. The kitchen was stocked well, the space is very clean, parking is easy. You can watch whales from every room along with sea turtles. The beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear was such a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect spot on Kauai

Am always on the hunt for the perfect spot for 2 people and this place comes as close as any I’ve found.While it is 2 beds, 2 baths and would certainly accommodate 4 people it truly was a wonderful fit for just the 2 of us.Unobstructed ocean front views of the whales, 1 level living, and a lovely accommodation to boot. Nothing to complain about here.Look forward to our next visit.

Whales, whales, whales!

We stayed at Kauai Haven for 10 days to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. It is located right on a bluff with amazing pounding surf and incredible views. While we were there we saw many many whales breaching, and spouting every day. It was a real treat. We highly recommend Kauai Haven especially during the Feb/March whale migration season.

Beautifully Decorated and Incredible Views!

Beautifully decorated and incredible views at this Princeville Condo! Highly recommend during winter months. Might get hot during summer as there is no A/C...just fans and ceiling fans. There is a nice breeze from the windows though and the sounds of the crashing waves below was so soothing. I was a little stressed having to make sure the towels were washed and in the dryer before checking out (as per check out instructions). I actually ended up not being able to get them in the dryer because the towel setting on the washer took longer than expected and check out is 10am. I'm a rule follower so that stressed me out! Regardless, would highly recommend this unit. Owner was great as well!

Perfect location and space. Two comfortable bedrooms both overlooking the ocean, generous full bathrooms, nice fill kitchen with all needed equipment, tastefully decorated. I appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. The patio was incredible with breathtaking views of the ocean. So peaceful and beautiful I did not want to leave. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Views!

Wonderful one week stay at this beautiful, clean condo with amazing views. All the comforts of home with fully equipped kitchen. comfortable beds. Great views from both bedrooms and lanai. We loved the morning coffee with visiting chickens! Also a bonus, outside storage had chairs, umbrella and other beach gear. Beach towels and yoga mats provided too! Would definitely stay here again.Mahalo!
