Comfortable and well equipped

Beautiful views, a quiet but convenient location and a comfortable well equipped apartment. Thoughtfully equipped with comfortable furnishings and linens. Kitchen has all you need for eating in. Plus there are all the requirements for the beach.And great communications with the host.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Great one bedroom property (with extra bed alcove in the living room) in Princeville! Roomy enough for a couple people, and gorgeous ocean and mountain views from every window. The property managers kindly provide various supplies (basic toiletries, kitchenware, and ocean gear like body boards—we brought our own, but it was nice to have back ups available!), and were responsive to asks about the WiFi and check in process.The property was generally quiet, but you do hear neighbors throughout the day (and sometimes at night). For example, we experienced some heavy footsteps above us, as well as some late night karaoke nearby, but that’s the nature of condos. Something unexpected: you’re likely to get a Kauai rooster wake up call in the morning :) My only suggestion for improvement to the property would be an instruction manual for the remote and A/C. We figured the first out by trial and error and never used the latter. I’m sure the management team would have been helpful if we’d asked for assistance, but we were too busy enjoying our visit to ask.If you’re looking for a low key spot to relax in comfort, and to hear the ocean waves from your bed, you’ll have a great time here.
