Puu Poa Condo 209:
Owned by one family for over 31 years as a luxury vacation home, this condo was extensively remodeled and updated. A luxury home, not a routine cheaply furnished rental. Sitting on a bluff with commanding views of the ocean, the sounds of the waves mix with the tropical breezes to create the ultimate in island living. Two oceanfront lanais surround the beautiful living area complete with comfort and elegance. If contact with the world is needed, there is Wireless Internet as well as a 65 inch HDTV cable TV with extensive premium channels (Netflix, Hulu etc.). (2nd HDTV in Bedroom and Netflix/DVD TV in 2nd bedroom), Wireless speakers for iPhone, iPads etc, High speed wireless Internet access. Books, games and a large collection of DVDs (some children DVDs included). A complete kitchen (with dishwasher) is present for home cooked meals. Immediately adjacent to the The One Hotel.

Two Bedrooms sleep 4. Two full bathrooms, newly remodeled and updated provide a welcome after a tough day on the beach, golf course, tennis court, or ocean.

The restaurants and beach of the St. Regis Princeville Hotel are a five minute walk away and Hidden Beach, a short walk down the hill, provides one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world and great snorkeling with incredible privacy. The Island of Kauai offers every tropical activity imaginable and at the end of the day, you come home to incredible comfort and luxury. Puu Poa condos are now valued at over 1-1.5 million dollars. View was great! Wonderful to have a lanai with lounge chairs. Unit had just about everything we needed and was well stocked with the essentials. Pool was very nice to have on property. Convenient to lots of beaches and places to eat or get groceries. Mahalo for a wonderful north shore get away!

View is unbeatable and kitchen is very well stocked. Every appliance you could want. We used the bbq a lot. Our stay was during spring so not having AC wasn’t an issue for us. We had the windows open all night for soothing ocean sounds. We would stay again!

I highly recommend this place! Beautiful views! The condo was very clean and very nice inside. Had everything we possibly needed. Great location and only minutes to walk down to Hideaway Beach. Did not have A/C, but if you open the screened windows and sliding doors, the breeze is all that is needed. If you rent here you can't go wrong as the neighborhood is top notch. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The home was incredibly spacious and the views were incredible. The layout was perfect for our family and everything was well stocked.The nights were cool with the big beautiful sliding doors open and the fans going, and the house was also nice and cool in the daytime. Impeccably clean, and as others have said, more spacious and even nicer inside than the pictures show. We would 100% stay here again. If you are looking at other places, the slight price increase for this location over some others is totally worth it.

Walter was a great host, place is even more beautiful than in pictures. Super comfy bed, slept like a baby, and didn’t mind having a cozy day inside when it poured all day because the place was so lovely. Not a sterile/personality-less rental property. Beautiful Place to Stay

This was our first time to Kauai and this unit was beautiful and a quiet area to stay in, it was all that was advertised. The owners were so easy to work with and we would stay here again. There are so many things in the area to do and many beaches in the northern part of the island. We have been to the other Hawaiian Islands before but this is the best one by far.

This condo was amazing! The views from the entry, lanai, master bedroom were incredible. Would highly recommend. Nice proximity to town of Hanalei which was a charming place to walk on beach, eat and shop. Loved our short stay.

We loved our stay - our only complaint is we had to go home!!! The unit and location were gorgeous, close to wonderful beaches and snorkeling spots, incredible view…. Check in was easy! Great pool! We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic location

Just as advertised! Beautiful and a great location. The beach next door had new ropes installed. We thought it was the best beach we found and great for snorkeling. Close to shops and restaurants as well.
