This is easily the nicest place I've ever stayed, hotel or otherwise. The house is about 1/4 mile up a beautifully landscaped driveway behind a gated entrance. The house itself lived up to the photos.There were six in my party, and everyone slept very comfortably in one of the four air-conditioned bedrooms. During the day we opened all of the sliding doors. The main part of the house and the patio/pool area provide enough room for everyone to spread out.The kitchen is very well appointed, and we had everything we needed to prepare several of our own meals. There are grocery stores nearby in Uvita and Dominical if you choose to cook for yourself.We also bought the services of Chef Mayron for breakfast and dinner of two of the days. Chef Mayron and Harold prepare full meals that were fantastic. When they are done, they clean up everything to the point you can't tell they were ever there. Don't do what we did by trying to finish everything in one sitting and you'll have plenty of leftovers, too.We can't say enough about Ana, the concierge. Ana lives close by and is very responsive to questions and requests. Ana also took care of setting up airport and hotel transportation on both ends of the trip. She also arranged for a rental vehicle that was delivered to the house the first morning after we arrived.Lastly, Patricia, the owner, was very prompt and responsive from the beginning of the rental process. 100% we would visit again!
