Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV and stereo system. You have access to the 50 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with jacuzzi, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 18 sqm, covered balcony. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Satellite / Internet TV in all rooms (4 TVs).

Privlaka, 20 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a residence on a farm, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. English, German. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
