This modern, luxurious wellness villa is located in Privlaka, not far from the historic town of Nin and only 18 km from Zadar. You have also within 1000m a lot of cafes, restaurants and beaches.
The interior is decorated in a modern style, and is divided into the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances and equipment, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, with direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom. On the terrace there is a heated pool of 24 m2 (6 mx4 m). The first part of the internal staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a Spa oasis, 30 m2 in area, entirely covered with stone, equipped with a Whirlpool, infrared sauna, shower cabin and lounge chairs for relaxation. Wellness also has a sea view. The second part of the internal staircase leads to the floor where there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. Upstairs there is a work corner where you can enjoy reading books or listening to music. The rooms are equipped with Boxspring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, LCD TVs, underfloor heating and valve collectors for heating and cooling. Two rooms have access to a balcony with a wonderful view of the pool and garden. The ground floor is connected by an internal staircase to the garage, engine room and service room where there are washing machines, toilets, and everything you need to make your stay in our Villa as pleasant as possible. There is also a large grill in the yard, along with a space for hanging out with family or friends. The yard is completely fenced, enriched with Mediterranean plants, which provides You with total privacy during Your stay. Access to the Villa itself is provided by a private road with direct access to the parking lot and garage. You are guaranteed a pleasant and peaceful vacation with a view of the Velebit mountain, the sea and the garden.
