super clean, modern hotel

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hotel and room were very clean & bed super comfortable. Internet was very fast. Breakfast was great--good options and a little different each day. ~10 mins to Providence College. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, etc as I was pretty much at a conference all day until ~9pm each night. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

We were given a room that was extremely smoky. There is not operable window to air out the room. Also, the exhaust in the restroom was not working. The hotel claimed that there was not other availble space. My family had to suffer throuht this ordeal

Our stay there is always nice. The breakfast options are wonderful! I would ask that you go back to having an envelope to tip the housekeeping staff in the room. I could not get the E-tip to work, tried a couple of times. I would much rather have an envelope to leave at the front desk when I check out. Other than that, great! Enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very nice, rooms needs to be more paid attention to whoever is inspecting it, one of the beds the duvet had stains they was hair on bathroom floor , chairs had stuff in corners needed to be vacuumed. Overall it was a pleasant stay and very quiet location and the breakfast staff was always on top bringing more breakfast out bringing things out very nice staff

Very nice stay

Check in and stay was really great. Check in was quick and easy and room was very nice and comfortable!! Only mishap was on the second night of the stay the AC quit working . But a quick call to the front desk and a maintenance worker showed up at our room door. Within in minutes he rectified the situation and problem was solved
