The front desk clerk was friendly and quick. The room was clean, spacious and so was the bathroom. There was a restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel and an access route to go to the restaurant without going out side.

I love the brightness of the hallways. My husband and I attended an event and coming back to the hotel late on the evening, walking into the lobby was nice and bright and same with the hallway leading to our room. The hotel was very clean in all areas, quiet and calm.

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and wanting to help. The only minor things were 1, the wash cloths in the bathroom had embedded hair thay survuved the laundry service, with one of the wash cloths being very dark yellow, and 2, the pool water looked so cloudy, we dis not dare dip oir toes. The hallways, common areas and the hotel room were clean and well-vacuumed

When you book they should let you know ahead of time that even though you already paid they still put a big hold on your card was unaware it would be that much. They need to disclose that info. Had to borrow money for the hold.
