The bathroom was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The shower had hair in it, and the shower walls were disgusting. The sink was dirty and the floor was not swept or mopped. There was blood on my comforter. I will not he going back there.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were dirty (red stain) stained and we had to get new sheets from the front desk at 1:30am when we got to our room. The lightning in the room could've been warner and the furniture must be replaced. Other than that it served it's purpose.

Can’t believe this was a Hampton

I have stayed in many Hampton which were always beautiful, comfortable and clean. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelled, all the furniture was stained, the pool and the hot tub were cloudy. The main entrance of the hotel had very little furniture, and it was all old and marked up.

This was by far the worst experience of my life.. the facility when we arrived had the automatic doors broken, the rugs in the main lobby was so dirty that you could not even tell what color it was, the wall where dirty and the paint coming off from all the lobby wall, going toward elevator.. elevator was dirty, when we got to our floor, the carpet tiles where coming off the floor and dirty and it smelled so bad.. when we got to the room was the worst, room was so dirty, as it had never been cleaned, smelled like someone had been smoking, the walls again paint coming off. Everything in the bathroom, the toilet had yellow and brown stains like it was never cleaned in years, the bathtub was clogged, the pillows went flat, the mattress you could feel the springs, the sheets were so rough it felt like a sand and bed bugs.. the worst place i had ever stayed in my life.. i don’t recommend to anyone.. ever

Not good at all, had to change room upon arrival as blinds didn’t cover the window fully, the fixings for blinds were hanging off the wall, plugs/USBs weren’t fixed properly so couldn’t plug in chargers etc. Rooms were meant to be cleaned every other day but was only cleaned twice in 1 week and I had to complain about the bedding not being changed, then they gave me the bedding twice to change myself. Breakfast was below basic and finished very early. Toilets didn’t flush properly, no bath plug, even after asking for fixing etc to be fixed no one turned up. Will never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest it.

The room I stayed in was infested with ants. They were EVERYWHERE and it was a very stressful situation trying to clean them off my things. I asked to be moved to a different room which they did promptly but there was no other concessions made. I also got quite a creepy feeling from some of the characters that were staying there. Sure enough as I was leaving the next morning there were a bunch of police officers there trying to arrest some of the hotel guests. I would not recommend staying here if cleanliness and safety matters to you.

Three stars because AC would not shut off all night, though the off switch was pressed. Room temperature was okay, just noisy through the night. All other conditions were very good. I would stay again, if the room AC unit would power off.
