Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, which was concerning and uncomfortable. Even more disappointing was the cold and unwelcoming attitude of the staff. we did get the refund 50%

The first room has mold and wallpaper peeling from the wall in the bathroom. The carpets and dingy and should be replaced. Overall the place needs to be updated. The saving grace is definently the staff who work here. They are super kind and friendly.

Despite contacting the desk twice, the floor was an ongoing party until 3:30 AM. There is a huge sign in the hall stating quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. The sink had hot water but the shower had none. I’m exhausted from this stay.

The property was in a very good location with very close access to the expressway, restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast had a good selection and was good. Nice pool. Room was very clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the ceiling had a very large crack and was peeling. There was wallpaper peeling off the wall. The bathroom door hook and hand towel hook was broke. Those few things would have made me feel better and are easy fixes. I would stay here again but you need to fix these things as it cheapens the room look.

The location and convenience of this hotel are excellent. The proximity to the airport, and car rental made getting around easy. Breakfast was convenient and very nice. I did have an issue with the smoke detector's battery beeping at 10pm. I was comforted knowing that the safety equipment is functional, but because there was no one to change the battery at that time of night, I was offered a new room instead. Because I needed to leave the hotel at 4am, this was an inconvenience. I am grateful to the morning desk agent who offered me a bagel and an apology.
