The room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom had a pee smell though and the sick didn’t drain well. Other than that I liked my room. It was great to have breakfast available but I couldn’t get and dairy free milk or creamer which made my food and drink options few. For future consideration please provide dairy free options especially for coffee and cereal. Many people have allergies, so it was inconvenient to have to still buy part of my breakfast in the mornings.

Property is in a very safe and quiet location. Huge Parking, great access. Amenities not bad at all. Breakfast was clean and decent, nice area to dine. The Lobby to rooms and bathrooms can do with some upgrades. Overall a Very great place to stay .

The staff have been very nice and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was not clean. When we entered it smelled. I found a very old and moldy milk shake in a cabinet above the sink. An outlet looks like it was fried, which could be dangerous. I asked for bedding for the pull out couch and was given a sheet. After another request I was given a blanket.

we have been coming to Holiday Inn express at warwick for years. love the location, rooms, and room for breakfast is large enough to enjoy a cup of coffee. We noticed this time some aging elements of the furniture, rugs, and piping being fixed in hallways. But overall good stay for one night while traveling.

The room was large and comfortable. Hotel very close to the airport but in an industrial area. No restaurant next door. The staff was very helpful and got us muffins at 4 am though breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. We appreciated that customer service.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. No matter the time of day. Breakfast ends exactly at 9:30am. Coffee and tea all day which is nice. Ample parking. I would stay there again. 2 adults, 2 year old and 7 yr old. I didn't go to the pool but my husband said it looked clean and I believe they give towels based on the guests we observed.
