Pool was closed and that was the entire reason for our stay. Then was told at check in the pool would reopen at 8am and when me and my two children went to the pool area we were told it isn’t open and they are balancing chemicals an unsure when it would be open. Very poor service and found a huge spider dangling from the ceiling upon arrival to our room. Had cigarette smell lingering from our room as well.

Great room. Extra big. Will definitely stay again. Got a little loud in morning. But its ok. Breakfast was decent. My shampoo and conditioner wasnt refilled. Glad i had some with me. Otherwise no issues.

Great accommodations!

Went for a girls weekend. The room was clean and spacious. Staff and front desk were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing I would have wanted differently was the hot tub wasn't very strong. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here. I also wasn't happy about paying for parking.

3X, no staff was available at obby and were very slow to respond. During check out at 4:30am, no staff was available in the lobby and after lengthy clapping and wait, one showed up sleep walking. On another note, the manager told me to bring down the trashes to lobby and the other staff said why did you bring the trashes here. However, many thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious breakfast, they were awesome.

Ryan was very friendly. So were the staff at checkout. The breakfast is delicious, and my rooms always clean. We did not have dish soap, or bar soap, and Ryan at the front desk was very helpful by retrieving it. It’s my second stay there, and I just recommended it to a friend. One of my favorite hotels!
