KITCHEN:

As you enter the apartment step into a bright and thoughtfully designed open-concept kitchen. This space blends functionality with style, featuring sleek white cabinetry, smooth countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen island doubles as a casual dining space or prep area. It’s fully stocked with all the basics you need to cook, making it easy to enjoy meals during your trip. A dedicated work desk is beside the kitchen, ideal for remote work or catching up on emails.

BEDROOM:

Flowing seamlessly from the open kitchen, the spacious and thoughtfully styled bedroom space creates a cozy retreat. A plush, king-size bed is at the center, adjacent to the bed is a cozy sofa which doubles as another space to watch TV. The bedroom includes a bureau, a full-length mirror, side tables and a closet beside the bedroom. A white noise machine is provided for a restful nights sleep.

BATHROOM:

Just past the sleeping area, you’ll enter a spacious spa-like bathroom designed for comfort and style. A large soaking tub is at its heart—a separate walk-in shower with sleek glass doors and modern tile. The double vanity features two sinks with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence.

THE BUILDING:

This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafĂ©s, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, each apartment includes one parking spot in the driveway. Please note that the parking area is compact, so larger vehicles may find it difficult to park.

No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks. We have free parking available for 1 car in an attached driveway.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is located near Federal Hill, which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.



Interaction with Guests:

The building features a shared stairwell but the apartment is exclusive for your private use. All units have access to the shared laundry unit in the basement.
