#4101 Oceanfront 2 bed, sleeps 6 directly on Grace Bay Beach!!!

This large (2000 sq. ft.) at Coral Gardens, 2 Bedroom oceanfront suite is beautifully updated & walkout accessible to Grace Bay Beach, pool and the best snorkelling reef on the island. This condo is great for families or larger groups that do not want stairs.

This expansive lay out, sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space. This first floor condo is fully equipped with in suite laundry, huge kitchen and island, living area as well as large patio. It's like having a pool and the beach in your own backyard!

This suite has 2 king beds and a brand new comfortable pullout, gel memory foam mattress sofa, it offers central air conditioning, tropical ceiling fans, and a very large furnished double-wide patio. Large sliding glass walls allow this unit to open up completely.

The unit is upgraded with all new amenities. It is one of the few suites which includes a washer and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large quartz breakfast island, stove, and refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6.

This suite is a fabulous find for friends or family groups. Each of the two bedrooms has king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with shower, vanity and hair dryers, beach towels, in room safe and bathrobes. Large 65"cable tv in the living room.

If you book with us you get complimentary 2 x 20 min de-stress massages on a 7 night minimum stay, welcome rum punch, daily maid service, beach towels, loungers and umbrellas on the beach!

Great property, location, and view. Restaurant and beach chairs a clutch. Front staff very nice. AC worked very well. Pool was basically private as no one else used it. Had a fantastic experience.Some of the kitchen utensils were pretty worn down or lacking is the only thing negative I would note.

A Perfect Family Escape!

The property is exactly as described in the listing and in Trip Advisor reviews. The condo is spacious and immaculate. Walk right out to the pool and then the beach where staff are ready with chaises, umbrellas and towels. The reef is right there for awesome snorkeling. The Somewhere Cafe is also right there. And the IGA grocery store is a short ride away, as is the world class dining at Indigo. Super friendly and helpful property staff before and after arrival. Can't be beat! (Note: the beach and reef might get more congested when the development next door is complete)

Amazing Property for Our Family Retreat

We loved every minute of our stay in Leann’s condo. The booking process was easy & Leann was so very engaging and responsive. From the moment you check in, it’s apparent you made the right choice. The property is absolutely beautiful and Tyler, the property manager, was warm & inviting and gave us the scoop of everything the property had to offer (he also greeted us with some amazing rum punch at check in). Upon entering the unit your breath is taken away by the incredible view & brilliance of the turquoise waters. The cleanliness of the space, comfortable beds, and ammenities rivaled that of The Ritz where hubby & I stayed the week before. The beach was incredible and the fish and coral we saw snorkeling was unbelievable. Moises, the service attendant, not only provided us with towels and got us settled on the beach daily, he helped us find affordable activities that met us right in front of the resort. Somewhere restaurant is on the premises and was an added bonus…great food, great staff, & great entertainment. To say we were sad to leave would be a huge understatement. Thank you for allowing us the blessing of your property Leann. We plan to make this a permanent location for our future family retreats. Until next time… The McMahan’s

It was a nice spot on Bight Beach, very pretty. Comparatively, it is a middle of the road property, not high end but not low end of the scale either. The construction noise next door was bothersome.

Pictures didn’t do it justice. You walk right out the back sliding door past a pool and onto the beach. The beach is beautiful. There is a fantastic beach side bar right there that locals from across the island recommend. We had such a good time. Highly recommended

Our stay was great. The property was clean, smelled great, had great views and proximity to the reef out front for snorkeling! The construction next door was totally manageable and wouldn’t deter us from staying here again! Much better than any resort down the way.

Perfect getaway

Property was exactly as it’s portrayed on the listing. Very open, much bigger than we thought, fantastic views. Walk out to the pool, beach & “Somewhere” restaurant. Clean, comfortable & friendly helpful staff. The only downside was the construction next door. We were aware in advance, so we expected the noise during the day. It didn’t impact our lovely stay. We would definitely stay again & recommend. We did think the bedrooms should have blackout curtains, as it’s light/bright. We would suggest renting a car to explore & buy your groceries. There’s not a grocery store within walking distance, as it’s located the resort area. You could easily stay at the property & not leave.

Perfect stay for family of 6.

This unit was perfect for our stay. It is centrally located on the property. The pool is outside the patio, 20 feet away. The “Somewhere” restaurant is 100 feet away. And the beach is 150 feet away. The two bedrooms have a mini-split ac unit which keep the room nice and cold for a great night sleep. The pull out sofa need was great for the kids. The coral reef takes up much of the beach and is awesome. The kids loved being able to see colorful fish. The staff is incredibly friendly.

Amazing once again

Best location for families on the island. Right smack in front of the reef and 30 second walk from the unit to the water. Can’t get better than that! Unit was updated, clean and easy access to pool. We have three under 11 and kids passed out by 8pm as they were exhausted from swimming an snorkeling ALL day long. Property was clean and went to Somewhere cafe a lot.

Perfect for our family of 5. We loved the proximity to the pool and snorkeling at the beach. Both bedrooms were spacious with full attached baths. It was nice to have laundry and a full kitchen.

Excellent stay at Coral Gardens. Place was clean had access to pool and beach chairs/umbrellas for guests only. Hotel staff was very friendly. Reef was great for snorkeling, waves/current was a bit to strong first couple of days so we went to the south side of island where it was calmer, last few days was calm enough to snorkel. Having the restaurant and bar next door was convenient but like everything on the island was expensive. Suggestion, get groceries and especially alcohol at grocery stores, you’ll save hundreds of dollars.

Great Stay in Grace Bay

Simply Perfect!

This was our first visit to TCI and, without a doubt, we will be returning to Coral Gardens. Our unit was clean, conveniently located, spacious and had killer views out every window in the main living space. The facility had the perfect assortment of conveniences--a great restaurant, housekeeping every other day, friendly staff, helpful office personnel, pools, towels, an ample supply of like-new beach chairs/tables and after-hours security. The beach is absolutely beautiful (not overcrowded like many of the larger resorts), the snorkeling is terrific and the whole setting is very relaxing.
