Grace's Condo in Leeward Settlement

Caribbean Diamond Residences is a quiet condominium located inside the exclusive and secured Leeward Settlement. Our ground floor Condo is a short 5-7 minute walk from the beautiful and picturesque Sunset Beach. The complex offers a walk-in pool, plenty of chaise loungers, outdoor furniture and BBQ grills to enjoy. We are a short 5-minute drive down Grace Bay Road to all the shopping and activities that Grace Bay has to offer, or a 15-20 minute bike ride along the sidewalk.

We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach time. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels beach bag and snorkling equipment. The one time that we had a problem with the property grills not working, Miranda answered our text quickly and got in touch with the property manager regarding the problem.

Superbly equipped condo with everything that you can possibly need and want for a restful couple/family holiday. We especially enjoyed a large comfortable bed, efficient cooling system, and beach equipment. Miranda was very helpful and prompt at responding. High speed internet was very fast to support video calls and productivity. It was also reasonably priced and close to the beach.

We had such a comfortable stay at Grace's Condo and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our vacation. Miranda was incredibly thoughtful in making sure her condo had absolutely everything we could need—right down to ziploc bags! From coffee pods, tissues, paper towels, and hand soap to plenty of towels and beach towels, nothing was overlooked. The place was immaculate when we arrived.Miranda was also very responsive and communicative both before and during our trip whenever we had questions. When we reached out about one of the beach cruiser tires not inflating, she immediately sent her manager over and had it fixed right away—excellent service!The condo also included beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas, which were perfect for our week-long stay. The location was ideal in a safe community where we enjoyed morning walks, and it’s close to Sunset Beach as well as Grace Bay restaurants and shops.Everything about this place was perfect, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfection in Leeward

This property is everything you could hope for. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay feel like you are at home. From a fully stocked kitchen-just shop for your groceries, to all the beach equipment you could need- pick which wonderful beach you are going to spend the day at- you will feel well taken care of. A quick walk to the beach to enjoy the day or beautiful sunsets- location is great. The furniture is comfortable and the host are super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

From start to finish, we had an outstanding time in Turks and Caicos at Grace’s Condo. The hosts thought of everything. We were very happy with Grace’s Condo and location. Exceptional in all ways

Decor, Cleanliness and stock full of Accessories that made the stay convenient and enjoyable. The unit was comfortable and relaxing and private. the Carridean Diamond enclave feels safe yet secluded and resort feeling. Host was responsive and helpful with an immediate attention to our needs. Perfect Paradise

Grace's Condo had everything we could possibly need for a vacation and more! I'm especially thankful for the beach umbrella since there isn't any shade on any of the beaches. The condo was clean and the grounds were immaculate. The pool was a great place to hang out and relax, with plenty of shade provided by the many palm trees and gazebo. The BBQs were great. Very clean and convenient. Miranda took such great care of us, answering any questions we had before and during our travels. Really going above and beyond compared to any other VRBO we've stayed at (we've stayed at 5 other spots on different islands in the Caribbean). So glad we chose Grace's Condo for our visit to Turks and Caicos!!

No detail was missed!

We've stayed at many places through VRBO over the years (most of them at beach locations) and this one is probably the best so far. The owners thought of absolutely everything needed for a great stay at the beach from the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers to the Yeti-type cups! We always take our own and were so surprised to see them in the cabinet! Thank you Miranda and Keaton! I can't think of anything you missed.

The property was excellent. We’ll supplied with plenty of paper products/coffee/soap etc. Great to have beach cruisers : short ride or walk to beach đŸïž and all the gear necessary: umbrella/chairs/coolers: Excellent communication with hosts : really nice and helpful: we did not rent a car 🚗 had friends staying at hotel nearby : would rent a car next time to do some exploring and hit a bigger grocery store : 1st time here : water beautiful: great experience: recommend downloading several of the cab companies into your phone 📞 and you can call them on whatsapp: very responsive: great time , beautiful unit : also liked secluded pool : nice to hang out when beach đŸïž to windy : we’ll be back â€ïžđŸïžâ›łïž

Quick trip to Provo!

Grace’s Condo was perfect in every way! The owners have provided a lovely appointed condo with so many items making our stay so easy. The large screen tv was an added plus as we had several rainy days. The condo’s location is perfect with quick access to a lovely quiet beach and Grace Bay’s restaurants and shopping so close by. I cannot thank the owners enough for all they have done to make this the perfect quick trip for us. We hope to return soon!
