La Koubba - 6 Bedrooms
La Koubba is beautiful Moroccan themed villa located directly on Sapodilla Bay, Chalk Sound, Providenciales! The villa is very spacious with a large open living room and formal dining room, kitchen bar and indoor kitchen dining table and outdoor screened table. Large outdoor gas BBQ and hot plate, outdoor dining table, private pool, entrance onto the sandy public Sapodilla Bay Beach and another option of steps directly into the water. 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board. Gated with security system.
La Koubba can be rented as a 6 or 7 bedroom property. The 6 bedroom option only includes the main house. For the 7 bedroom option, the guest house is included.
Please note that we do not rent the guest house separately. When renting the 6 bedroom option, there will be no other guests on the property.
Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 3ft to 5.5ft. The dimensions of the pool are 19.7ft x 10.8ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Other Things to Note
-Air-conditioning is metered separately and usage is charged at current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
-This property has exterior security cameras.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
