The Best of Everything in Providenciales, Part II

The Yacht Club condo is ideal for long term rental or just a week away from the winter cold! The quiet setting of The Yacht Club at Turtle Cove Marina offers the best of the island. This stylish and up-to-date condo has been furnished complete with comfortable, supportive King bed in the large master bedroom-blackout shades have also been added for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, as well as a key-locking safe. The bathroom is spacious with great water pressure in the walk-in shower. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (yes, there's a blender!) with lots of cabinet space, modern appliances and separate laundry room. The porch/ patio overlooking the pool faces the marina and is furnished with cushioned teak dining/ seating. Condo has updated Wi-Fi that works throughout, as well as two flat screen TV's, and DVD players. The unit comes with professionally dry cleaned bed and bath linens, 2 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Located on the third floor facing Turtle Cove, with beautiful unobstructed views of Grace Bay behind, there are water views all around. The beach is a five minute stroll, with easy access to Smith's Reef (GREAT walk-in snorkeling spot) The infinity pool, which overlooks the marina, is the largest on island. Enjoy everything Providenciales has to offer at this convenient location. Beach, marina, pool, swimming, snorkeling...the list goes on of everything there is to do within walking distance of the Yacht Club. Car, bicycle and mo-ped rentals are nearby. Breakfast, lunch or dinner...walk to multiple restaurants...all great with the friendliest servers on the island! Whatever activity you're looking for, or if you just want to relax...it is all here. The condo is available at a reduced rate for long- term rental.

Wonderful Stay in Trisha's Place!

My husband and I stayed in Trisha's place for five nights last week and could not have been happier we chose it! First of all, I am a crazy clean freak, and I have never stayed in a cleaner property! Everything was gleaming and spotless. Beautiful condo, even better looking in person than in the pictures. It was super well-equipped with everything we needed. The sunrises on the front porch with coffee were stunning. Walking around the marina each evening for dinner was beautiful and we felt really safe. Trisha was very responsive throughout the whole process, always answering my many questions promptly. The location was ideal, with easy access to all interesting points on the island, and 15 - 20 minutes to multiple beaches in the area. I could not give this property a higher rating.

We absolutely loved the property. Condo was impeccably clean, comfortable bed, all the utensils you could ever want or need. Great shower, which at the end of a day in the sun was fantastic.Actually, we had requested a " crock pot " and our Host, provided us with one!The pool, in a word amazing! A magnificent three-tiered, cascading water. The three floating lounge chairs, similiar to "bean bags " were so comfortable!!!!!! Grounds are well maintained and always clean.The location was perfect for us, surrounded by some great places to eat, all within walking distance. By car, Grace Bay is only a short 3 miles away, so much to see and do there. We chose to rent a car for the whole time, 3 weeks, gave us alot of flexibility.Look foward to returning next YEAR!!!!!

Sweet rejuvenation

My hubby and i spent 6 days of pure chill in Trishs place - she is a gracious to open her home - great location around corner from the beach - we did get a car to explore and do church on Easter at Harvest Bible TCI- loved the island - take some snacks - prices of food are highest i’ve ever seen

Lovely Condo, Okay Location, No Gym

Overall, this listing matches what the pictures show. It's tastefully decorated, feels lived in, and has a great view of the ocean on one side and pool/marina on the other. We especially loved the variety of kitchen tools, spices, and items as we cooked a lot during our stay. There was no oil to cook with of any sort, but we left a full extra virgen olive oil for the next guest. A couple of considerations: 1. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows even more so. Very little support with the pillows, just cheap fluff like you'd find in a stuffed animal. My husband and I left the vacation sore and aching because of it. 2. The public beach nearby is just okay. Very windy, and the sand isn't soft under your feet like Grace Bay. There is parking nearby if you want to drive rather than walk 7 min. 3. There is no gym at the yacht club. This wasn't the primary reason we booked this condo, however, it was a disappointment as we were expecting a gym. 4. One of the beach chairs is so rusty and stained everything it touched. I ruined 3 items of clothing because of it. The rust stains didn't come out after numerous attempts at spot cleaning and washing at home. If you use the beach chairs, be wary. 5. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner, a soap bar was provided. 6. When we went, the balcony railings were being painted at other units, so there was construction noise & paint fumes, which detracted from us wanting to use the balcony. If we return, we'd stay in Grace Bay.

The Yacht Club

This was our second stay at the Yacht Club and it was really nice to be back! Your condo in particular was very well appointed and sparkling clean! Thank you for all the thoughtful touches. We felt right at home and had a wonderful week. The only issue we had was the parking lot resurfacing project that started when we arrived. This affected parking availability greatly and caused some issues. We arrived back to the condo one afternoon and were directed by a worker to park in front of complex B (B10) as it was the only spot open. This condo "owner" later parked us in and became quite ornery with us when we came back later that evening to move our car; acting like she had no idea the parking lot was under construction. We had no intention of inconveniencing anyone living there, but we too were inconvenienced.

We stayed and Trisha's place for nine nights and had a wonderful stay. The condo is very well appointed and modern. Trisha has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable (with extra pillows), the bathroom is spacious and clean with very nice bath towels. Maple cabinets and granite in the kitchen and all of the amenities that you could want. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the marina restaurants and only a couple miles to the beaches of Grace Bay. The complex is gated and incredibly manicured. I would recommend Trisha's condo to anyone visiting Provo! Thanks Trisha!

Awesome Stay

Location is perfect, the Yacht Club was quiet away from the crowds at the big hotels. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great to take the beach. Baci and Sharkbite is a 4 min walk away. Baci had great pizza. We spent two pool days in the saltwater pool and basically had the pool to ourselves. You are only a 5 min car ride away from IGA Supermarket. We sampled different beaches. Snorkeling is good in front of Coral Gardens. Don't hesitate to rent this condo you will not be disappointed!!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was exactly as described. The property was the perfect base for our island vacation as it was centrally located to everything on the island and very peaceful and relaxing. Trisha has everything you will need and was very helpful in answering questions. Several great restaurants nearby within walking distance and a very easy walk to the beach. I understand why this place gets so many 5 star reviews! We will be back!

Amazing place

We loved our stay here. Easy access and directions from the owner. Great pool, although we rarely used. Sunsets from Marina were amazing. Short jaunt to smiths reef to snorkel. Nice little coffee shop and several restaurants within walking distance. Condo has beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which was great for visiting all the amazing beaches. Very clean and very nice.
