this hotel was so amazing that they discovered the fact that I had left my phone there and notified me and returned it. Also, some medication that I left in the cupboard and were FedEx me overnight. Also, the housekeeper accidentally threw out my contact box and they went to a local optic shop and gave me 20 free contacts amazing I usually say it the four seasons but I found this Hotel superior.

The oceanfront room was just amazing! Seeing the beautiful turquoise waters every morning was a delight. The hotel was convenient, very safe, close to main locations and offered several water sports onsite.

Our recent stay at Ritz Carlton was a mixed bag, with some truly lovely aspects and a few areas that could use attention. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but a couple of key points kept it from being exceptional. A more significant setback, however, was the food. We were excited to try the on-site restaurant, but the experience left us wanting more. The menu was fairly limited, with not a lot of variety, and the dishes we tried were just okay. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't memorable. The flavors were a bit bland, and the presentation lacked the kind of flair you'd expect from a hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a similar story—a standard continental offering with nothing that really stood out. For a hotel of this caliber, we were hoping for a more creative and delicious dining experience. This was a real missed opportunity and meant we ended up eating most of our meals elsewhere, which wasn't our original plan. On the other hand, the service was truly fantastic. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and always had a smile

This is you sign to book Ritz. Everything was perfect, the beach is a DREAM , we dont even look the pool , the beach is a giant pool. The sunset is stunning, and the service was great. The food was amazing inside and outside the hotel. The island is no overpriced as people said , i mean i live in Miami, so the price are the same.

Compared to other Ritz-Carlton resorts, this location is smaller but that lends to such a unique and relaxing experience. You don’t ever have to compete for beach or pool chairs and the location can’t be beat as the resort is on Grace Bay and there are so many food options within a quick walking distance. The staff and service was impeccable and I had the time of my life with my family here. I’d so back in a heartbeat.
