Twelve Palms Ocean Front Villa - Reimagined!

Twelve Palms Villa is an oceanfront property ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful and beautiful retreat by the sea. Perfectly situated on the southern shoreline of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The villa offers uninterrupted south-facing views of Sapodilla Bay and the ocean beyond.

IMPORTANT: Twelve Palms Villa can be rented as a two- or three-bedroom villa. We do charge an additional guest fee for each guest greater than 4. If you are booking for 4 or fewer guests and need the use of the third bedroom, please advise prior to booking as we do charge the extra fee of $260 per night for the use of the third bedroom regardless of the number of guests.

Inside-

Main Level: The villa features an open-plan design, with a large main-floor sitting area and adjacent dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage and counter space, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser and induction range. There are also two large king bedrooms each with a private ensuite bath. There is also a powder bathroom for convenience.

Upper level: There is the third large bedroom which has twin beds that can be setup as twins or a king upon request. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom as well as a private balcony with bar height seating to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the turquoise ocean. The upper-level common area also has a desk for those who might need to catch up on work while enjoying island life!

Outside-

You’ll find a large infinity edge pool surrounded by several seating areas, with loungers for relaxing or sunbathing, and a gazebo for outdoor alfresco dining. The outdoor space features attractive tropical landscaping that provides complete privacy from the adjacent properties. Access to the sea is available by stairs from our dock, allowing you to step into shallow, turquoise waters to swim and snorkel, or use one of our two-person kayaks or stand-up paddle boards to explore the area.

At Twelve Palms Villa, we’re proud to provide a comfortable stay to every guest, and our private house manager (who deals only with our property) will do everything possible to ensure that you find Twelve Palms to be the perfect retreat for a happy and relaxing vacation.

The Villa Sitting Room: Accommodates six adults comfortably in an open-plan design, with a soaring 25-foot-high ceiling in the center section. Most of the furniture is handmade and has been imported from the UK and Europe. Taking advantage of the high ceiling has allowed us the luxury of being able to hang beautiful and large works of art. For entertainment, this room also has a large flatscreen TV with a full HD cable TV package, as well as a mobile Bluetooth speaker for listening to music.

Kitchen: The open kitchen with breakfast counter has plenty of countertop space and storage and is well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, regardless of how much (or how little!) cooking you want to do. In addition to a full-size refrigerator (with water dispenser and ice maker), dishwasher and induction stove, you’ll find smaller appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender, and, of course, a full set of utensils, glassware, dishware, and cookware.

Screened indoor area: This large, open space overlooks the pool and ocean and is perfect for either indoor dining at the large teak dining table with six chairs, or for relaxing on the sofa and two armchairs covered with Sunbrella fabric.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are generously sized, and feature handmade furniture imported from the UK, Europe, or India. Each room has a ceiling fan and individually controlled air-conditioning unit. In every bedroom there is a king-sized bed outfitted with fine, fresh white cotton linens, with one bedroom featuring the option of being set up as a twin room with two separate beds, upon request. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, two with large glass showers and one with a tub/shower combo. To ensure a comfortable stay, in the bathrooms you’ll find amenities such as plush towels and hair dryers.

Outdoor areas: You’ll be spending much of your time outside the villa, and there are many options for relaxing or actively enjoying the sun and water! Near the large infinity edge pool there are several comfortable teak sun loungers, or enjoy the shade of the gazebo with dining table and chairs for outdoor meals prepared on our gas barbeque grill. Gaze out at the turquoise sea from our two-seater outdoor sofa located on the rocks directly above the ocean, or head down to the dock at the water’s edge, where you’ll find additional sun loungers and easy access to the ocean via stairway right into the soft sand bottom. At low tide there’s a small sandy area to explore, and at high tide the water is a comfortable wading depth.
For those looking for more active pursuits, two double kayaks are available for your use, and two tennis courts are available nearby, dedicated for residents and guests of the immediate area only. The nearest beach is at Taylor Bay, just a short stroll away, where you’ll find shallow, protected water, perfect for relaxing or for children to play.

Other information:
Security: There is a dusk-to-dawn security guard on duty, patrolling our street (Ocean Point Drive) as well as nearby Sunset Bay Drive. There are also security gates on both sides of the house to help ensure your privacy.

Pre-arrival stocked groceries: If you’d rather not have to visit the supermarket on the day you arrive there are several on island concierge services such as Omni Concierge, cadet@omnitci.com. Once your order is arranged have them contact us on the day of arrival for delivery.

Transportation: Twelve Palms Villa is approximately ten to fifteen minutes’ drive from the airport. Taxis are available, but expensive. We strongly suggest renting a vehicle for the duration of your stay. There are several car rental agencies to choose from. We recommend Grace Bay Car Rental as they have a convenient location at the airport to retrieve your car. todd@gracebaycarrentals.com

Shopping: There are a number of supermarkets on Providenciales; the nearest is about a ten-minute drive, with others located closer to the main tourist shopping area (and the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach), about 20 minutes away.

On-island activities: While staying at Twelve Palms, consider the wide range of activities available to you at extra cost from various on-island providers, such as: Golf, Tennis, Scuba diving, Horseback riding, ATV tours, Deep Sea or bone fishing trips, Whale watching (in season) Glow worm tours, Full or half-day snorkeling tours, Waterskiing and kiteboarding instruction, Kayak and paddleboard tours. Tours are also available to other islands, such as North and Middle Caicos.
