Nice small boutique property with AMAZING friendly staff. Quiet, clean and relaxing property with wide beach. Breakfast included is great as well. Only negative is owners seem to claim an area near pool every day and smoke from sunrise to sunset. We were a couple traveling but there were many families as well. Would definitely return to this property, but even more so if they address the smoking! Cheers!

Our room with a view of the ocean/beach front was spectacular as was the look and feel of the whole resort. Beach amenities including very responsive and helpful staff with lunch ordered to chairs was wonderful. Love that this specific resort is down the way from the main part of Grace Bay ... wider beaching area and less congested with guests ... in Bight Settlement area but still easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The resort is smaller than the larger resorts down the beach but made for a more intimate experience. Would absolutely stay there again!

Room was exceptionally clean. Food was mediocre. Beach access was amazing. Beach staff was amazing. The one bedroom suite is huge, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Loved the room.

Very run down resort. The rooms are ok, the beds and pillows are horrible. The staff are unprofessional and do not really care for most of the time. The beach is very good. This place needs a complete overhaul of improvements to justify the huge prices that are being charged. Will not be coming back.
